The Quality Control Manager is accountable for all aspects of operating the Quality Department which includes but is not limited to managing people, processes and equipment to ensure that all quality standards are maintained and improved.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the selection, training, coordination and assignment of associates to maximize the effectiveness of personnel in providing quality support services to the facility. Maintain and communicate Quality Metrics that drive continuous improvement of the plant processes.
