Ensure that all residents are provided with an exceptional experience and that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded
Manage the food service operation, working closely with the executive chef including menu planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner
Develop and maintain a robust activities program that is tailored to the interests and needs of the residents and is engaging, fun, and promotes health and wellness
Maintain and manage best first impression experience
Ensure the housekeeping function is effective, efficient, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong understanding of the principles of first impressions and the ability to ensure that guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive
Knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery, as well as a good understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements
Strong understanding of the needs and interests of older people and the ability to develop and deliver a range of activities that are engaging, fun, and promote health and wellness
Strong understanding of the principles of housekeeping, including cleaning, hygiene, and infection control
Strong understanding of budget management and the ability to manage costs effectively whilst still delivering high-quality service
The successful Hospitality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum.
