GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor effectively plans and coordinates all daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements, ensuring quality, meeting on-time delivery schedules, and other customer needs while maintaining a safe environment for all employees.
The hours are 10:30 p.m.
to 7:30 a.m., Sunday- Thursday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and oversee daily production to ensure a timely and efficient manufacturing process using a variety of manufacturing best practices.
Lead and develop all plant employees to meet production goals.
Assure safe and efficient operation by all employees of all production processes to produce quality products.
Follow the progress of production, anticipate or investigate major causes of delays, and ensure that corrective action is taken.
Take ownership and accountability of all assigned personnel and processes.
Hold subordinate team members accountable through open feedback, honest counseling, and fair disciplinary practices.
Supervise safety standards, employee relations, conflict resolution, transparent communication, employee evaluation, scheduling, and training.
Monitor production schedules and personnel scheduling.
Optimize resources to meet production targets.
Analyze on-floor performance using production data.
Identify potential issues before they create downtime or become a problem.
Monitor daily production performance in relation to established KPIs and communicate expectations to the team.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
Supervises the routine preventive maintenance plan for all equipment is completed timely and correctly.
Develop efficient manufacturing processes and assist with documenting field installation criteria and standards.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that emphasizes safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Maintain / Implement Safety policies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of related manufacturing (floor) experience required.
Experience with building product manufacturing (preferred), or similar manufacturing experience.
2+ years' experience in inventory control and distribution operations.
Experience leading and supervising an hourly team.
Proven ability to master various related software products and regular use of Microsoft Office tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Green or Black Belt preferred.
OSHA 10-hour training preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Solid communication skills (verbal, written) required.
Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
Must lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Strategy & Performance Ownership
Own and evolve the U.S.
eCommerce strategy across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and emerging digital commerce channels aligned to commercial growth, market share, and profitability objectives.
Translate brand and commercial priorities into clear, actionable eCommerce plans across the full funnel (media, content, assortment, pricing, and promotion)
Define quarterly performance plans, KPIs, and investment priorities, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes (e.g., conversion, share, ROAS, traffic)
Lead performance tracking and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scale across the eCommerce ecosystem
Drive structured test-and-learn initiatives to continuously optimize performance
Evaluate and recommend new marketplace opportunities, platform capabilities, and digital growth initiatives that support the expansion of the Star Brands portfolio.
Digital Commerce & Marketplace Leadership
Lead strategic development and growth across Amazon, Walmart.com, Homedepot.com, TikTok Shop, and future digital commerce channels.
Develop and execute channel-specific growth plans that support overall business objectives
Partner with Sales on assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy to maximize online performance
Support innovation launches and new product introductions through channel-specific go-to-market plans.
Manage strategic relationships with key retailer contacts, marketplace partners, agencies, and platform representatives.
Digital Shelf & Content Excellence
Own digital shelf strategy to ensure products are discoverable, compelling, and conversion-ready
Establish and maintain best-in-class standards for content, imagery, video, A+ Content, brand stores, and ratings and reviews.
Partner with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, optimized content that drives engagement and conversion
Conduct regular audits of product pages, catalog health, and digital shelf execution.
Ensure platform compliance and content accuracy across all channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
Serve as the primary day-to-day eCommerce lead for the Star Brands portfolio, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving execution across digital commerce channels.
Partner with Media to shape retail media strategies and ensure effective integration across the funnel
Collaborate with Brand and Sales to connect eCommerce initiatives with broader omnichannel efforts
Work closely with Finance and Operations to ensure investment discipline, accurate forecasting, and alignment with supply
Develop executive-level presentations and participate in business reviews, annual planning meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
Agency & Partner Management
Manage external agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution and continuous optimization
Drive accountability through clear performance expectations, reporting, and ongoing performance reviews
Ensure agency strategies align with business objectives and growth priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or shopper marketing, preferably within CPG or retail
Proven experience managing Amazon and major eRetail platforms, including retail media, digital shelf, and performance analytics
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business results
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization.

Combine raw materials to completion of batch specifications in preparation for approval as finished product provided to the packaging lines.
New compounders will also train in a role for tank cleaning.
Follow batch making best practices by adhering to the specific manufacturing procedure

Summary:
Support the efficient movement of Carboline products by coordinating transportation activities, resolving shipping issues, optimizing freight costs, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
This role serves as a key link between carriers, shipping locations, customers, and internal teams to maintain smooth logistics operations.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires extended computer use, up to 8 hours per day.
No unusual environmental conditions, lifting requirements, or physical exertion are typically associated with this role.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate daily transportation activities in compliance with DOT, IATA, and company regulations.
Track, trace, and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with carriers and shipping locations to meet delivery requirements and approved expedite requests.
Provide freight quotes, compare rates, and recommend cost-effective routing solutions.
Schedule truckload shipments and coordinate delivery timing and pricing across multiple locations.
Source, qualify, and maintain relationships with transportation carriers.
Analyze transportation data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist with Bills of Lading, freight documentation, and customer returns.
Review freight costs and investigate invoice discrepancies or unusual charges.
Support carrier selection, routing decisions, and transportation strategy initiatives.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, and other internal teams to support business objectives.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.

Position Summary
The Roofing Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department at our Cleveland, Ohio Plant.
To start, this is a temporary position which can lead to a regular position after successfully completing a probationary period.
They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully.
During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs work in a safe manner, according to safety rules and guidelines
Communicates with Team Lead and/or Supervisor during shift-changes and throughout shift
Understands and operates the HMI at the various stations along the line, to keep the line operating safely and efficiently
Monitors weight, speed, and other metrics along the line
Operates forklift to move raw materials, load carrier and move finished product
Makes raw material batches in the appropriate mixer(s), according to specifications
Performs quality control tests on the batches, per established guidelines
Ensures proper labels are being used on the taping machine
Fills appropriate-sized pails, drums or totes, labels filled-items and places pails/drums on pallet
Follows Tremco's Escalation Policy for any safety or quality concerns
Performs daily housekeeping/cleaning of immediate area and other surrounding areas, as needed
During line down-time, performs housekeeping duties in immediate area, other areas of the plant or assist in other departments
Performs other duties, as assigned
