They are currently recruiting for a PCB Inspector to join their expanding quality team in Hampshire.
As a PCB Inspector, you will:
Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Conduct visual inspections and use measurement tools to identify defects, including soldering faults, component placement issues, and board damage.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements.
Maintain detailed inspection records and ensure compliance with ISO and IPC standards.
To apply for this PCB Inspector role, you will need a combination of the following:
Experience in PCB inspection or manufacturing, preferably in electronics or a related field.
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or similar standards for electronic assembly quality.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects in fine-pitch soldering, component placement, and PCB layout.
Proficiency in using inspection tools such as magnifiers, microscopes, or automated inspection systems (AOI).
Understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and terminology.

The primary result expected from the Assistant Supervisor-Milling will be to supervise the department to ensure the manufacturing of paint and related products by directing and coordinating the daily activities under the guidance of the shift supervisor, executing the shift production work schedule as dictated via the production plan, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized working environment while providing training requirements and leadership/guidance to all department shift personnel. Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Enforce health and safety regulations. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training. Observe work and monitor all indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards. Confer with management to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Responsibilities/Expectations: Communicate with Supervisors and peers : provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person. Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality. Learn all manual tasks performed within the department. Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures. Treat people with dignity and respect. Conduct all business with integrity. Adhere to Rust-Oleum Corporation Quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide Quality activities. A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Quality Inspector, based in Luton, Bedfordshire with a leading Specialist Contract Electronic Manufacture (CEM) with established customer partnerships in a range of industry sectors.
The Quality Inspector, Luton, Bedfordshire, will be responsible for ensuring all products are consistently manufactured in compliance with build standards for a variety of major OEM's.
Other responsibilities will include:
? Inspection of PCB assemblies to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standard.
? Inspection of box-build product and mechanical assemblies using customer drawings.
? Issuing and signing certificate of conformity for finished goods.
? Goods Inwards inspection of PCBs, metal work and plastic parts.
? Inspection and evaluation of returned product to identify required repair/rework.
The successful Quality Inspector, Luton, Bedfordshire will ideally have:
