GENRAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The 2nd shift Quality Technician conducts testing on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure conformance to all quality requirements both internal and external.
In addition, this role maintains the lab in a safe and organized manner to comply with all corporate or governmental policies for safety, environmental, and quality, and assists with plantwide ISO 9001 compliance in whatever capacity required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual batch testing activities per product and procedural requirements.
Perform periodic calibrations of lab and plant equipment.
Participate in the development of quality specifications for raw materials, finished products or substitute materials.
Support ISO Quality systems by understanding quality expectations, work instructions, and completing proper quality documentation.
Perform periodic quality audits of production processes and finished goods.
Communicate with other departments about the status of quality material.
Perform first piece inspections on finished products.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years of related experience and/or training.
Minimum one year of related experience working in Extruded Rubber Products (ERP) or similar industry.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
ISO knowledge.
Knowledge of lab testing and extrusion/mixing raw materials preferred.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and downtime analysis.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, increase operational efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs.
- Implement preventive maintenance best practices, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies, and condition monitoring techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of food processing equipment and systems.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, food safety standards, and GMPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SQF, FDA, USDA, and HACCP.
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

The Construction Management Associate supports the Operations team in the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC restoration projects.
This role assists Construction Managers and Project Superintendents in delivering air handling unit (AHU) restoration projects safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Execution Support:
Assist Construction Managers and Operations leadership in coordinating HVAC restoration projects.
Support field teams during AHU restoration, fan array retrofit, and coil replacement projects.
Ensure project work aligns with project scope, specifications, and customer requirements.
Project Documentation:
Maintain project files and documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.the
Upload and manage documentation within company project management systems.
Track project correspondence and ensure proper documentation of project activities.Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
Coordinate with field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of work.

Satellite Hazardous Waste Accumulation
Production tank/Cleaning/filling
1.
Production Quality Lab Technicians may have to dispose of product samples, line flush, off-spec product, or expired product retain samples.
This waste material is transferred to the hazardous waste satellite accumulation drum.
2.
Production workers clean equipment and tanks pre-rinse, wipe, scrub, and final rinse surfaces using wash solvent, brushes and rags.
Dirty solvent is transferred to the satellite accumulation area.
3.
Transfer used wash solvent to the satellite accumulation drum or tank.
4.
Ensure hazardous waste storage or accumulation containers remain sealed except during the addition or removal of waste.
5.
Ensure Hazardous Waste storage containers are clearly labeled "Hazardous Waste."
6.
Care must be exercised when introducing waste into the satellite accumulation drum.
Do not drop on floor or area.
In the case of any spilled material, spills or drops shall be cleaned up immediately.
7.
When 55 gallons has accumulated, the satellite accumulation container must be moved to a permanent hazardous waste storage area within 3 days and relabeled "Hazardous Waste."

The QA Technical Service Representative is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. One additional year of experience plus a high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable.
Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Maintenance Technician III: 3+ years of experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Indicate if required or preferred.
Forklift License preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Indicate if required or preferred.
Experience in 480-volt 3 phase electricity required (Preferred in some locations)
Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems
Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit
Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment
Effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner
Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
