We are searching for an experienced Building Services Electrical Estimator / Electrical Services Estimator to join a pre-construction team based near to Cirencester.
You will be joining an exciting and highly regarded Mechanical and Electrical Design and Installation company who provide a range of high quality Mechanical and Electrical solutions to both private and public sector customers across commercial and industrial applications, including, retail and leisure, healthcare, industrial, commercial, accommodation and education.
The services provided by our client include project management, design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering Services.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in commercial projects and will be both technically and commercially astute.
You will be reporting to the Contracts Director, and the role comprises of but will not be limited to:
Timely and accurate submission of tenders.
Preparing tenders for internal adjudications.
Vetting incoming tenders/offers from our supply chain and ensuring that the most viable offer is included within our submission.
Arranging tender adjudication meetings and explaining to the attendees the project duration, costing approach and risks to the business.
Require Skills:
Commercially astute being able to identify and manage risk and to anticipate issues that may affect costs and address them proactively.
An eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Proactive with the skills to assess better systems of work in order to advise and assist clients on systems that will save time and money.
Ability to take project ownership whilst under support of the project Director and work both on their own and as part of a wider multi-discipline team.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar position with an M&E Contractor or in the M&E division of a Main Contractor.
Experience in the commercial office and warehousing sector would be an advantage.
Ability to estimate costs and timescales accurately and work to meet tender return deadlines.
Competent in the use of computers and data handling including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
General understanding of other MEP disciplines, BREEAM and Sustainability.

Job Title: Area Manager -Pro Channel

Summary:
As our Area Manager for Pro Channel, you are responsible for driving sales and represent Rust-Oleum's 14 platforms of products to independent paint dealers and professional paint contractors within the assigned geographic territory based in the Minneapolis, MN metro area.
This individual will work from a home-based office within the territory in which they will travel to service accounts in Minnesota, Wisconsin, South and North Dakota Travel accounts for 40-50%.
*Ideally candidates will reside in or near the Minneapolis, MN metro area.
Responsibilities: Here's what you can expect every day:
Sales - this job is all about increasing market share by selling the Rust-Oleum Portfolio of products in their assigned geographic territory.
Increase distribution of all Rust-Oleum brands within the assigned dealer and distributor base by expanding market share and reducing competitive presence.
Maintain regular contact with customers to identify business opportunities and increase market share.
Identify customer needs to facilitate product mix and platform recommendations.
Achieve profitable quarterly sales objectives and goals.
Execute category management strategies with dealer base to grow market share.
Develop and follow a comprehensive time and territory management plan to maximize coverage and efficiently manage expenses.
Provide merchandising, pricing, and promotional support to the dealer base.
Work with internal and external customers to meet all commitments and deadlines.
Maintain regular contact with customers to identify business opportunities, and to present new products.
Identify customer needs to facilitate product recommendations, and planogram recommendations.
Weekly/Monthly planning of calls dealer at the corporate level as well as store visits
Work with customer service to assure customer satisfaction on orders and set pricing.
Manage territory expense budgets.
Achieve quarterly sales objectives
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of previous paint & coatings outside sales experience is preferred.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
Prior experience in a sales service role with demonstrated success in customer retention.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and have maintained a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by Rust-Oleum.
Previous retail selling experience strongly desired, paint store dealer experience a plus.
Requires the ability to effectively analyze a customer's business and successfully communicate how our products and services can help them increase their sales and profits.
Ability to analyze data and complete a Profit & Loss analysis as required.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
Self-starter able to manage own time, schedule, and sales territory, with a proven ability to multitask.
Ability to work and travel within assigned territory 40-50% of the time.
Periodic evening and weekend hours are required for trade shows and customer events.
Proven history of exceptional follow-up skills.
Proven history of working with diverse customer base including independent dealers, distributors, MRO accounts, professional painting contractors and OEM.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral format.
Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.
Ability to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and write reports to communicate the information.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Power BI, SAP and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, SAP, Power BI and various Internet applications.
Working knowledge PowerPoint and presentation skills are key
Salary Target Range: $75,000 - $90,000, bonus eligible

Under moderate direction from Lead Technicians and Maintenance Management, the Automated Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting equipment across Packaging and Manufacturing operations.
This role helps ensure equipment uptime, assists with projects, and completes all required documentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Equipment Support & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues using a logical, root-cause approach.
Repair or fabricate components when needed.

Project & Process Support

Qualifications

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical controls, electronics, and mechanical systems

Job Summary
R2R Program Trainer
Responsible for conducting classroom and on-the-job training to groups of facility and custodial personnel covering basics for remediation of Category 1 Water (clean water) intrusion.
Responsible for delivering hands-on technical training and support implementation of the Ready 2 Respond (R2R) Program.
This includes coordinating, delivering, and improving seminars, schools, and workshops both in person and virtually.
The trainer helps customers understand and apply drying best practices, use R2R equipment and tools effectively, and maintain a safe and efficient response capability.
Senior R2R Program Trainer
Responsible for conducting classroom and on-the-job training to groups of facility and custodial personnel covering basics for remediation of Category 1 Water (clean water) intrusion.
Advanced-level training professional who independently delivers and supports high-level R2R training, mentorship, and curriculum development.
Performs more complex technical tasks, supports continuous improvement of the training process, and provides leadership and guidance to training team members and cross-functional partners.

Essential Duties
R2R Program Trainer
Present in-person and virtual training events for end users, stakeholders, and partners.
Organize logistics and preparation for training facilities and materials, such as presentation deck, course materials, and certificates.
Travel as needed for offsite or regional training delivery.
Collaborate in the development and revision of training materials and presentations.
Provide ongoing technical support to customers post-training, as needed.
Administer training and distribute certificates according to R2R program requirements.
Record and share technical knowledge gathered through trainings, seminars, and field experience.
Provide occasional support to the Sales Department through product demonstrations or events.
Mentor external or newer trainers as directed.
Complete all required documentation and post-event follow-up.
Senior R2R Program Trainer
Includes all duties of the R2R Program Trainer, plus:
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in drying systems, equipment uses, and emergency response implementation.
Lead complex or high-profile training events, often independently or with minimal oversight.
Mentor, coach, and evaluate junior or external trainers to maintain quality and consistency.
Lead curriculum revisions or new program development efforts.
Set the standard for professional conduct, technical skill, and training excellence across the program.
Support cross-departmental initiatives involving training, quality assurance, or performance audits.
Provide in-depth technical support and consultation for challenging customer scenarios.
Represent the training function at industry events and leadership meetings as needed.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, EHS, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Education, Public Health or related area of study required.
Employment Standards
R2R Program Trainer
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading live demonstrations and explaining technical content.
Knowledge of how to structure content for clarity, flow, and engagement, even if not the primary designer.
Familiarity with water mitigation practices, equipment types, and drying science.
Knowledge of how drying and response procedures vary across sectors (e.g., higher education, healthcare, commercial properties).
Skilled in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM training/tracking systems.
Ability to lead both small and large group training sessions with clarity, confidence, and adaptability.
Ability to manage training logistics, timelines and schedules.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally/nationally for training events.
Senior R2R Program Trainer
Expert-level understanding of the R2R Curriculum: Deep knowledge of drying science, restoration processes and how to apply them in real-world training situations.
In-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adulting learning theory, and curriculum lifecycle management is a plus.
Skilled in building or enhancing modules, incorporating feedback, and aligning materials with program objectives and customer needs.
Skilled in evaluating training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance data.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, virtual presentation platforms, and logistics/CRM training tools.
Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of how R2R solutions are implemented across verticals such as education, healthcare, commercial real estate, and business organizations.
Ability to mentor new trainers, providing professional development, technical direction, and feedback.
Ability to navigate tensions or misunderstandings with professionalism - whether in a customer setting, peer environment or a training room.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally/nationally.

$86K -$105K per year
