An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join a well-established wholesale distribution of motor vehicle parts and accessories.
This full-time role offers a salary of £45,000 and benefits.
As a Financial Controller, you will be overseeing all aspects of financial management, including reporting, compliance, forecasting, and operational finance processes.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading the month-end close process and delivering timely management accounts.
* Producing detailed sales and forecast analysis for senior leadership.
* Managing VAT submissions and ensuring tax compliance.
* Handling payroll processing and associated reporting.
* Preparing year-end financial statements ready for audit.
* Delivering weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.

* Skilled in Excel and general IT systems.

The opportunity
- Residential Conveyancer role (Qualified or unqualified)
- Full time, permanent position
- Located in their Liverpool office
- Ideally full time in the office, flexibility to work from home can be made available for the right candidate.
- Salary from £30,000 to £45,000
You will be responsible in handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, mainly consisting of sale and purchase, both freehold and leasehold files, transfer of equity, auction and remortgage cases.
You will work closely with a conveyancing assistant.
The candidate
The firm are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their residential property team, you will be confident in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish, predominately sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold files.
You will hold at least 3 years conveyancing fee earner experience and be able to go in and hit the ground running.

Applications are also welcomed from experienced conveyancing paralegals (who have managed their own small caseload) who have completed the LPC and are seeking a training contract or looking to undertake their (SQE).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of new and existing client relationships.
- Working independently with confidence and initiative.

Key Skills & Requirements:
