The Role
As Project Manager, you will act as the Project Owner with full accountability for execution and delivery across the entire project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in line with scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
Working within a cross functional environment, you will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and finance teams to ensure robust planning, governance, and performance throughout delivery.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining full accountability for performance against scope, schedule, budget, and contractual deliverables
Manage contracts and project deliverables, ensuring all obligations, milestones, and customer expectations are achieved
Develop and execute robust project management plans, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and internal controls
Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and change control processes to minimise impact on delivery
Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, milestone tracking, and reporting, while providing clear updates to senior stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a confident and driven Project Manager with strong leadership capability and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Essential:
Proven experience in Project Management (formal qualification desirable)
Strong understanding of project delivery within manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project)
Desirable:
Background in mechanical engineering or manufacturing environments
Experience working within defence or regulated industries preferred but not essential

Manages an assigned caseload within agreed timescales ensuring regular interaction and communication with clients, professional colleagues and clinical staff
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the form of case notes, case files, clinical reports, computerised information systems and other associated documentation presenting and sharing relevant information and knowledge concerning assigned clients with professional and clinical colleagues at regular MDT meetings
Leads and co-ordinates professional and clinical colleagues, providing psychotherapeutic advice and guidance, and assists with the analysis of statistical data and information for research and audit purposes
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Have Chartered Psychologist status and appropriate post-graduate qualifications
Be an approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division
Have understanding evidence-based psychological practice
Have experience of applying psychological knowledge to a clinical setting
Be experienced working with clients with cognitive deficits
Have previous experience of conducting research and project working
The successful Psychologist will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 pro rata.
This exciting position is a permanent part time role working 22.5 hours a week.

You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers
This is a brand new service which specializes in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors, including those who have been previously detained under the Mental Health Act or discharged from the hospital on a Community Treatment Order

*To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and Experience supporting people with learning disabilities/ Mental Health and behaviours of concern

As the PBS Behaviour Specialist your key responsibilities include:
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
Analyse ABC data and behavioural incident trends
Develop and update high-quality PBS plans
Monitor and reduce restrictive practices in line with RRN standards
Provide real-time coaching and modelling to staff teams
Facilitate reflective practice discussions
Present behavioural analysis and trend reports to the management team
Ensure behavioural data informs care planning and environmental adaptation
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Has strong working knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support principles
Has experience contributing to or leading behaviour support planning
Can confidently analyse behavioural data and identify patterns
Understands least restrictive practice and quality of life outcomes
Is confident coaching and influencing teams
Can work collaboratively with nurses (where applicable), managers and MDT professionals
