As our Packaging Operator you will package paint and related products by operating, setting up, adjusting, and performing QC checks while tending to machines and hand fills to package paint in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner according to specifications. Push buttons, turn handles, or move controls and levers to start and control packaging machines. Change over equipment, adjust equipment, or otherwise adjust machines to improve equipment performance and quality, using knobs, hand wheels, and/or hand tools. Set and adjust speed, temperature, product flow, and positions and tolerances of equipment. Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be filled, production times, stock specifications, BOM's, and SKU sequences. Monitor filling equipment to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary. Operate equipment at most efficient speed to ensure proper quality and output. Responsibility for the equipment performance, efficient changeovers, operation, and preventative maintenance. Specific Requirements:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production orders. Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently.
Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior. Communicates inventory levels and/or concerns to supervisory staff. Develops good working knowledge of all production processes. Maintains good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be flexible in job assignments and capable of learning all aspects of the facility. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near miss accidents and material shortages to Production Supervisor. When there is downtime on his line, proceeds to line assigned to him by Production Supervisor for further training or operation. Background Requirements:
High School Diploma with some college level chemistry preferred. Minimum 2 year prior production related experience or 1 year experience as a production batch maker.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color- tone testing. Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Resolution Specialist provides exceptional service to customers and sales representatives as it relates to expediting problems or issues and solving them in a quick manner.
This position also handles the special colors for U.S.
Customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all complaints are accurately recorded in the appropriate systems while following ISO and SOX required procedures.
Utilize SAP to enter complaint information and supporting data, invoice and release credits, and update the status of complaints upon investigation completion.
Complete initial complaint follow-up and attain missing data from Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Sales Representative Investigate complaints and service issues (i.e.
incorrect invoices, freight charges, incorrect material or quantity, pricing and allowances) directly or by delegating to internal resources (shipping, pricing, technical, or quality) as appropriate.
Follow-up with internal employees as needed to resolve complaints within targeted timeline.
Obtain necessary approvals for returns and credits and process credits and debits in conjunction with Finance.
Obtain and continuously enhance a broad knowledge of product lines, delivery time and similar data as required relating to the business units being served.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers, and personnel in internal/external departments whose functions directly affect the service level to our customers.
Possess a thorough understanding of all interfacing departments (credit, distribution, inventory control, etc.) Calculate claims submitted for customer specials and obtain approval for credits.
Order supplies and maintain the filing system for backorders, pick slips, credits, etc.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment SAP experience preferred.

3RD ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start between June 1st and August 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts.
Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.
Each associate will be assigned a mentor and have multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives within the assigned territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in a structured training program to learn about our products, industry, and field support techniques. EDUCATION:
