Your Role as a CSA Design Manager Will Include:
Managing the Civil, Structural and Architectural design process throughout the project lifecycle.

As a CSA Design Manager You Will Have:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer.
Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.

About the role and school
We are seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest from September.
This 1:1 Teaching Assistant role involves providing dedicated support to a pupil with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum, develop confidence and achieve their individual targets.
The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals to deliver personalised support throughout the school day.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting independence, encouraging engagement and helping to create a positive learning experience.
This 1:1 Teaching Assistant opportunity would suit someone with previous experience supporting children with special educational needs who is patient, proactive and passionate about making a positive difference in a child's education.
Job Responsibilities
Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with additional needs
Implement strategies outlined within the pupil's EHCP
Support learning, communication and emotional development

Monitor progress and contribute to pupil reviews
Qualifications/Experience
Previous experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
Experience working within a primary school is advantageous
