Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives and Business Managers.
Drive used vehicle sales performance and departmental profitability.
Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey.
Support the sale of finance, GAP insurance, warranties, and additional products in a compliant manner.
Manage sales campaigns, promotions, and dealership objectives.
Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and operational performance.
Maintain high standards of FCA compliance and ethical selling practices.

Skills and Experience:
