We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Inspectors to join our team.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)
The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As a member of the fabrication team, the Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor. Reads fabrication drawings and tape measurements to prepare materials for assembly. Uses hand power tools to trim corners and fold panel returns. Pre-drills aluminum parts as required. Applies silicone sealant to aluminum extrusions. Attaches aluminum parts using set screws. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications. Prepares and organizes parts for shipment. Assists with shipping and receiving. Follows all safety requirements. Cleans equipment after use and assists the team in keeping production space clean and organized. Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement. High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training. Previous work in a construction, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred. Previous work in the aluminum panel or window industry is preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Models the values and expectations of 168 - integrity, responsible entrepreneurship, commitment, and moral courage. Demonstrates accepted ethical and professional business behavior. Executes ISO authority and responsibility.
Completes and maintains all required training.

This is an immediate start role. You must have previous experience within a school setting as a Higher-Level teaching Assistant, this must includes obtaining a level 3 / 4 HLTA qualification. The Role:
* As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will need to support pupils in a 1:1 capacity within this position.
* Foster the initial growth and development of children as a teaching assistant, ensuring their educational journey begins on a positive note.
* Assist children with additional needs, tailoring your support to create a comfortable and inclusive environment.
* Build a rapport with each child and provide emotional support
* Collaborate with staff members to craft an engaging and stimulating environment for children.
* Support children from Nursery to Year 6 Requirements:
* Available to work 08:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday
* Recent experience working with children in a Primary school or alternate environment is preferential, but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK.
* Must have Level 3 / 4 in childcare or HLTA qualification.
* Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning
