Overview
We are currently looking for an IT Operations Technician. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day running of service desk and workplace to level 1.
Will perform regular checks to ensure the smooth functioning of these areas.
Proactively monitor the helpdesk and ensure that urgent and critical alerts are attended to and completed, ensuring we are meeting our SLA's.
Roles & Responsibilities
Resolving Level 1 support tickets and escalating further if necessary
Helpdesk administration and users training
User accounts & administration and documentation
Deployment of client end point hardware
Supporting Level 2 Technicians with patching, updates, monitoring for outages and backups where necessary.
Always following global processes and procedures and aid in their future development
Assist with the implementations of global IT solutions projects.
Coordinate with other IT departments & facility managers as necessary
Participate in continuous service improvement activities, assisting with root cause analysis
Skills Required
Technical skills - 2 years' service desk experience including working knowledge of computer software and hardware, basic understanding of servers and infrastructure.
Communication skills - Strong written and verbal communicator, able to communicate with team members, management personnel, and end users throughout the organization.
Problem-solving skills - Good problem-solving skills required, especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues with software, hardware.
Personal Development - Ability to work with a never die attitude and willing and able to put the effort for personal development and growth in line with the business requirements.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,000 and $54,000.

Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Essential Job Functions:
• Collaborate with E-Commerce Amazon team members to drive strategic sales growth, execute major account objectives, and align on Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Use Vendor Central and third-party data platforms to maintain and optimize Amazon catalog accuracy, PDP quality, and action on key Amazon programs.
• Own demand forecasting for Amazon, delivering accurate monthly unit forecasts and annual forecasts for new product launches, in partnership with the Demand Planning and Product Marketing teams.
• As part of the E-Commerce team, enter skus in multiple retailer proprietary systems: set up skus, enter and maintain sku content including product families, marketing copy, marketing bullets, regulatory information, product images, videos and other assets.
• Perform routine audits of online sku content
• Develop and maintain a common database for online assortments by retailer including sku availability, pricing & regulatory status
• Assist Project Manager and NAE in development of E-Commerce strategic plan for assigned retailers
• Make recommendations to help drive revenue like SKU additions, enhanced product content, promotions, and drop ship program opportunities
• Maintain and update product inventory file in retailer fulfillment systems
• Update retailer E-Comm systems with order cancellations and revised back-order dates
• Manages Rust-Oleum's performance for on-time delivery, ASN timing, fill rates, and score carding metrics to ensure Rust-Oleum compliance.
• Performs other special projects as needed
• Assist with sales reporting and sales trends as needed
• Assist with presentation development and delivery as needed

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary and bonus eligible

Continuous Improvement / Process Engineer

Role Purpose
The CI/Process Engineer for the Mantrose Group is responsible for driving productivity, yield loss reduction, and conversion cost improvements across both dry and liquid food ingredient manufacturing operations.
This role provides engineering and project leadership for process optimization, systems development, and Lean implementation, while building organizational bench strength and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The CI/Process Engineer works closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and R&D teams to identify opportunities, execute projects, and implement sustainable solutions.
The CI/Process Engineer will also partner closely with R&D and Quality to support product scale-up, new product introductions, and ensure process capability aligns with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and lead projects focused on improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), labor productivity, material yields, and energy/utilities efficiency.
Analyze production processes to reduce waste, downtime, yield loss, and rework across all manufacturing areas.
Partner with Production Managers and Supervisors to establish daily performance metrics (SQDCP boards) and action plans.
Lead initiatives to reduce conversion costs, including direct and indirect labor, utilities, and materials consumption.
Work with the Supply Chain and Scheduling teams on MOQ optimization, changeover efficiency, and inventory reduction strategies.
Support insourcing projects by evaluating process capability, capacity, and cost models.
Develop and implement standardized work, visual management tools, and process controls.
Support effective utilization of D365 ERP for scheduling, material management, and production reporting.
Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis using data-driven approaches (5-Why, Fishbone, Pareto).
Act as site Lean leader, facilitating Kaizen events, SMED workshops, 5S programs, and standard work development.
Train and coach operations personnel on Lean tools and continuous improvement methodology.
Manage CI and capital projects from concept through execution, ensuring timeline, budget, and deliverables are met.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.
Act as a change agent, working cross-functionally to challenge status quo thinking and drive adoption of best practices.
Mentor operations team members on problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement.
Collaborate with R&D on product scale-up, process validation, and new product introduction initiatives.
Partner with Quality to ensure process controls are effective in meeting product specifications and compliance requirements.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in process engineering, CI, or operations improvement within a manufacturing environment (food ingredients preferred).
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management principles (Green Belt preferred).
Experience in both dry processing (blending, bagging) and liquid processing (mixing, heating, cooling, milling) is a plus.
Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.) and ERP systems (D365 experience preferred).

Title: Chemist - Product Support (Bench Chemist/Laboratory)
Location: St.
Louis, MO
Summary:
As a bench Chemist you will apply and interpret established scientific and engineering principles to real-world challenges, using cross disciplinary knowledge to solve increasingly complex problems.
This role requires creative, analytical thinking to uncover cause and effect relationships and develop practical, innovative solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
4-year Chemistry degree or equivalent experience.
3 years Chemistry experience.
Must pass a Jaeger Eye Test.
Physical Requirements:
Exposure to chemicals including but not limited to: Amines, Polyamides, Isocyanates, Epoxies, Alkyds, Acrylics, and certain inorganic compounds.
Personal protective equipment would be utilized.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Must pass annual respirator medical evaluation and pulmonary function test as required by OSHA.
Essential Functions:
Lead and execute laboratory and research projects, including proposal development, creative formulation work, data evaluation, and delivery of clear written and oral recommendations.
Support broader research initiatives by collaborating with technical work groups and design teams.
Manage projects to meet time, quality, and budget goals; anticipate obstacles and keep work progressing smoothly.
Coordinate and oversee the work of others, including supervising technicians and resolving priority conflicts.
Maintain and share strong technical expertise in coatings technologies; train team members as needed.
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and technical procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and PPE.
Communicate technical information effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Maintain a clean, safe lab environment; monitor equipment and immediately address hazards, deviations, or quality concerns.
Support injury prevention and environmental compliance, including adherence to hazardous materials handling and RCRA training requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned while supporting Carboline's commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
