GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Technical Communications Specialist provides technical support for assistance to distributors, applicators, contractors, chemists, engineers, sales, technical service department subordinates, and customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide front line phone coverage for Technical Services.
Leverage SAP systems to complete notifications as product specialist.
Take turns with the general department mailbox and answer e-mails received and respond or forward to appropriate product specialist.
Work cooperatively with peers to ensure adequate, consistent phone coverage throughout the day with increased sensitivity for needs from 8:00-8:30, 5:00-5:30 and during staggered lunch hours.
Occasional flexibility required to accommodate vacations and excused absences.
Handle application questions from the sales force where appropriate.
Support the proper application of Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing products, meeting company and industry guidelines, utilizing written and verbal communications.
Write Technical Bulletins as needed.
Assist in preparing adhesion/compatibility test reports drawn from data prepared by the application lab tech.
Target is 24-hour turn- around time, not to exceed 48 hours.
Attend regular meetings, represent the technical services department, communicate actions, results and other information as required. Assist in the product complaint process. Participate in Teams or Projects as requested that takes advantage of your knowledge and experience. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested/required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in construction, Engineering, Science, or similar field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: One to two years experience in technical service or customer service in a similar or related field or industry.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.

All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Through leadership and actions, contribute to the development of a Safety-Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions related work up to $50K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.

Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Share a detailed report with the Director of Learning. Monitor accounts receivable and expenses; ensure invoices are processed and paid on time. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, such as rescheduling sessions or making adjustments to participant schedules. Assist with on-the-day training coordination at Tremco University Rhode Island: Set up training venues, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place. Welcome participants, manage sign-ins, and provide any necessary instructions for the day. Act as the primary point of contact during events to quickly address and resolve any issues. Act as a liaison for communication and coordination among partners, vendors, and participants. Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles. Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff. Shipper/ Receiver personnel perform various duties in the daily operations within the warehouse.
They are responsible for receiving and checking all inbound and outbound freight and managing the movements of products within the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for unloading trailers with inbound deliveries and checking/completing supporting documents. Responsible for the safe and accurate loading of all outbound freight. Responsible for the accurate consolidation of the partial skids in preparation for shipment. Responsible for accurately staging outbound loads daily. Responsible for wrapping all completed production skids. Responsible for processing and organizing the return area. Responsible for maintaining housekeeping expectations. Unload bulk deliveries into correct storage vessels.
EXPERIENCE
No prior experience or training. Previous forklift training is an asset but not required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must obtain an internal Forklift Truck driving license.
