Job Title: Product Support Representative
Location: Kenosha, WI Distribution Center
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Manager, Product Support Group
Direct Reports/Manages others: No
Hybrid Schedule: Our hybrid work environment includes two (2) remote days/week.

JOB PURPOSE:
As our Product Support Representative, each challenge we encounter is a little different.
You will be responsible for discussing product information with customers, as well as assess customer complaints and determine causes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with customers by telephone, email, chat or social media channels to provide information about proper selection of products and their use, and to help resolve consumer complaints. Utilize product documentation as well as received training to support consumers across a wide assortment of products. Documentation of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes. Collaborate with other departments in the organization on the investigation and documentation of reported complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years experience in customer service, in a call center environment Ability to incorporate technical knowledge, customer requirements, policy guidelines and situational information to resolve customer issues Outstanding listening and communication skills Demonstrated ability to successfully 'think on your feet' - to analyze information received and quickly process it to determine what would be the appropriate next step in terms of additional information needed, appropriate resolution, or referral as beyond scope Technical adaptability; should have the ability to learn new software, systems, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 6:30am-3pm Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications. Develop an understanding with supervision of the fundamentals of coatings technology. Compile results of tests and analyses. Set up and conduct experiments, tests, and analyses using standard paint test procedures and physical and chemical techniques. Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests to assist scientists in making qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids, liquids, and gaseous materials, and document all experimental results. Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams, and by conducting laboratory and plant safety audits. Prepare paint batches for products and following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas. Preform lab support activities which may include routine maintenance or upkeep of equipment and lab areas such as salt fogs, QUV'S, milling room, hot room, or controlled temp.

Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work occasional overtime and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements.

Previous quality control experience. Paint/Coatings/chemical industry knowledge or experience.

Pipefitters X2 are required to work on a multi-million pound installation and redevelopment project in Oldham.
4 week contract £22 per hour, overtime paid at £27 per hour on Saturdays Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella.
Whilst this is initially a months contract, the company has upcoming contracts for which pipefitters will also be required.
Duties include:
Installation of copper and stainless pipe range from 15mm to 76mm copper crimped
Installation of Stainless ranging from 65mm to 150mm flanged and bolted
Would be expected to work from drawings to be able to position and fix bracketry to hold associated pipework
Requirements
CSCS card is essential
IPAF would be desirable but not essential
Experience on commercial/industrial projects
Must have own tools
Working hours
Monday to Thursday 6.30am - 4.00pm Friday 6.30am - 3.00pm
Pipefitters are able to meet at site or travel with the team from Halifax
