Registered Manager, Nuneaton | £55,000-£60,000
New owners.
New chapter.
Your name on the first page.
Every home has a story.
This one is about to start a brand new one.
Under new ownership, this residential home in Nuneaton has fresh backing and a clear appetite to do things properly.
The good news: the staff team is settled and loyal, which is gold dust in this sector.
The honest news: change is coming, and the culture needs lifting.
That's exactly why the next Registered Manager matters so much.
This suits someone who has led through change before, and knows that culture shifts through consistency, not memos.
You'll be backed and trusted to set the tone.
The next few years here will carry your fingerprints.
You'll bring:
Registered Manager experience with CQC.
Change management experience; you've been through a transition and brought people with you.
A Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
Ideally, you live within easy reach of Nuneaton, Atherstone, Bedworth or Hinckley.
You'll get: £55,000-£60,000, new owners who want to invest, and a loyal team waiting for a leader.
Ready to write the next chapter? Call me, Tim Roby at Recruitment Panda or apply with a CV even if it's not up to date.

Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN), Leicester | £45,000-£50,000
Most clinical leads inherit someone else's system.
You get to build yours.
Think about the last time you joined a home.
The care plans were already written, the habits already set, and half your first year went on undoing things.
This one's different.
This Leicester home is registering for nursing, which means its clinical standards are being set right now, by whoever takes this job.
You'll sit alongside a new Registered Manager as their clinical right hand, shaping care planning, clinical governance, supervision and training from the ground up.
You'll do about one 12-hour clinical shift a week; the rest is leadership.
It suits a nurse who's ready to step off the treadmill and into influence: someone who enjoys teaching as much as doing, and who would rather set the bar than chase it.
You'll bring:
An active NMC PIN.
Solid nursing home or complex care experience.
The confidence to lead other nurses and carers.
Working towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management? Great; it's encouraged here.
You'll get: £45,000-£50,000, a real leadership role in a group that invests, and something few nurses can say: "I built that service."
Curious? Call me, Tim Roby at Recruitment Panda, or apply with a CV even if it's not up to date.

Registered Manager, Leicester | £55,000-£60,000 + £20k+ performance bonus
Wanted: a stayer.
I'll be straight with you, because the right person will appreciate it.
This home has seen managers come and go.
Some found it tougher than they expected, and some didn't give it the time it deserved.
So this isn't one for the faint-hearted, and it isn't one for anyone looking for an easy ride or a stepping stone.
But here's what the ones who left didn't stick around to see.
The groundwork has been done.
The improvement plan is complete, the group is investing, and the home is preparing to register for nursing: around 40 residents today, heading towards 50 beds, with a team of about 50 who want someone to believe in them.
What it needs now is continuity.
A manager who will put an arm around the place, stay the course and not turn their back when it gets hard.
If that's you, you won't be a name on a rota here.
You'll be noticed and highly regarded in a family group that remembers who stood by them.
You'll bring:
5 to 10 years in care management, including as a CQC Registered Manager.
A genuine track record of stabilising homes and teams.
A Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
A nursing background is welcome but not essential, as a Clinical Lead is joining alongside you.
Resilience, warmth and staying power.
You'll get: £55,000-£60,000 plus £20k+ performance bonus, the backing of a quality team that rolls its sleeves up, and the chance to be the manager this home talks about for years.
Fearless, committed and local to Leicester? Call me, Tim Roby at Recruitment Panda or apply with a CV, even if it is not up to date.
