JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The Commercial Roofer will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour
Benefits, upon satisfaction of applicable eligibility requirements, include but are not limited to:

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred
Reliable form of transportation
Acceptable background check per company standards
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Compliance & Risk to join our client, a leading investment management firm in Dublin.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for maintaining robust compliance and risk frameworks across regulated fund management activities, including UCITS, AIFs, and segregated mandates.
This will be hired on an 18-month fixed term contract basis, and the successful candidate will be subject to regulatory approval.
Skills/Experience:
Significant senior experience in Compliance, Risk, or Regulatory roles within asset management, fund management, or regulated financial services.
Strong knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks, including UCITS, AIFMD, and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
Experience engaging with regulators, Boards, senior stakeholders, and third-party service providers.
Proven ability to provide pragmatic regulatory advice and independent oversight.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience operating in, or supporting, a regulated senior function (e.g.
PCF, SMF, CF or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Lead and maintain the firm's Compliance and Risk frameworks, policies, and governance.
Provide strategic regulatory advice and independent challenge to senior management and the Board.
Oversee regulatory change, compliance monitoring, and risk management activities.
Manage relationships with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulatory bodies.
Oversee compliance breaches, incidents, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
Monitor risk appetite, operational risk, outsourcing, and third-party oversight.
Prepare Board and committee reporting on compliance, risk, and emerging regulatory developments.
Lead, develop, and mentor the Compliance & Risk team while promoting a strong risk culture.

Mechanical Engineer - Programme Manager - Drug Delivery Devices
A period of significant growth has created an opportunity for a Programme Manager with a strong Mechanical Engineering background and deep, hands‑on experience in drug delivery device development.
Based in Cambridge, you will lead multiple programmes focused on advancing next‑generation delivery platforms.
Some projects will see you mentoring and guiding junior engineers, while others will require you to take ownership of core mechanical design activities yourself.
We are seeking someone who is currently working at the forefront of drug delivery technologies—such as autoinjectors, inhalers, infusion systems, wearable delivery devices, or other combination products—and who is confident translating complex user, clinical, and regulatory requirements into robust mechanical solutions.
Experience with electro‑mechanical medical devices is highly advantageous, as many of the programmes you will lead involve integrated systems and multidisciplinary collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be commercially minded, able to balance technical innovation with real‑world product viability.
You should have experience successfully taking medical or drug delivery products through development and into market launch, understanding the commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing considerations that shape decision‑making.

A strong academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is expected.

The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.

Job Description We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$23-29/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
