We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join a well-established chemical manufacturer based in Accrington, who supply products to customers on a global scale.
It is a full time, permanent, site-based role offering a salary of £30,000 (DOE) plus benefits package!

Key Responsibilities of Sales Administrator :
Act as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact, representing the company values and principles through every customer interaction.
Manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to completion, keeping customers informed at every stage.
Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, costs, and the full order boo management.
Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, following internal procedures and company policies.
Discuss stock availability, transport and dispatch options, and clearly communicate overall costs to customers.
Support international business operations, including export sales, shipment coordination, and completion of export and shipping documentation.

Experience Required for the Sales Administrator :
Experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Support role in the manufacturing industry.
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills, both over the telephone and via computer systems.
Proven experience using ERP systems within a sales or order-processing environment.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and comply with company policies when processing orders.
Experience supporting international customers, export processes, and regulated or chemical-based products is desirable.

A Process Engineer is sought to join an innovative engineering team in Norfolk, contributing to the development, optimisation, and validation of manufacturing processes for high-reliability electronic and microelectronic assemblies used in commercial, aerospace, and defence applications.

The Role of the LPG project Engineer
This role is to take ownership of end-to-end LPG infrastructure projects from concept through to commissioning
As Project Engineer, you will combine technical excellence with commercial acumen, managing LPG installations in different sectors from aggregates to distilleries, supporting businesses to transition to greener fuel.

Strong knowledge of LPG system design, storage, and distribution infrastructure
In-depth understanding of IGEM/UP Codes of Practice (UP/1, UP/2, UP/10, UP/16) and UK LPG regulations
Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and ability to interpret/create P&IDs and technical schematics
Project management qualification (Prince2, APM, PMI, or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences
