GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role in which the associate is partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will assist in ensuring comprehensive and hands-on training.
The Sales Associate will prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout their assigned local territory.
You must live in and be available to travel within the assigned territory of Anchorage, Alaska.
4TH ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start September 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts.
Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.
Each associate will be assigned a mentor and have multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives within the assigned territory.
Following the two-year program, graduates will be promoted and assigned their own territory, responsibilities, sales targets, and bonus opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect new accounts.
Learn basic product features and benefits and deliver this message to prospective users.
Provide a demonstration of our products.
Offer basic technical support of named product sets.
Visit job sites to support installations and build your knowledge.
Manage select dealer and end user relationships.
Hold distributor demonstration events.
Manage activities through salesforce.com.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' sales or construction experience and/or training.
In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, SF.Com, and learn internal business systems).

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred.
Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales.
Former athletes encouraged to apply
Must have a valid drivers' license
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program.
Self-motivated and great organizational skills.
Goal oriented.
Job Functions:
As part of the program, you will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for a period of 18 - 24 months to assist you in your comprehensive, hands-on training.

Travel within the assigned territory.The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Tool and Die Associate builds and/or revises dies to make quality parts on production extruders that meet customer specifications.
This position supports the 2nd shift.
Monday - Friday, 3 p.m.- 11:30 p.m.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpret blueprints and provide layouts for new dies and molds.
Build, develop, and/or repair dies using wire EDM, machining processes, and precision measuring tools.
Work with the design group and production to optimize the performance of new or revised dies by testing tools and dies to ensure they meet specifications.
Help maintain complete documentation for all die builds and subsequent activities.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college or technical school.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years' experience.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
ISO knowledge.
Extrusion knowledge.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (Office 365).
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong math skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Milling and Lathe.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
