Job Role As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
You will be working as part of a friendly and experienced team with access to hybrid working and excellent resources.
Key Responsibilities , Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions , Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity , Providing high-level client care and clear communication throughout the conveyancing process , Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders , Ensuring all transactions are fully compliant with legal and regulatory obligations
Job Requirements , Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with minimum 3 years' experience , Proven ability to handle a full residential caseload independently , Excellent client care and communication skills , Highly organised with strong attention to detail , Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

I am looking for passionate Waking Night Support Workers with experience working with Children and/or Young Adults with either traumatic backgrounds, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Challenging Behaviours.
My client is the local council who have a portfolio of children's homes offering residential care and support for young people with behavioural difficulties, traumatic backgrounds, learning disabilities and complex needs based in Doncaster.
If you have experience with children and young people in SEN education, youth work, young offenders or fostering, a career in children's homes is for you.
Benefits include:
£27,259 (approx.
£31,000 per annum OTE)
Inclusive allowance of 17.5% for unsocial working hours
