Background in delivering physical electronic/mechanical projects in a manufacturing environment.
STEM background with technical expertise to support project delivery.
Problem-solving mindset with Green/Black Belt training (preferred).
Ability to manage conflict effectively and lead large teams.
Experience in highly regulated industries such as fire safety, automotive, medical, or aviation.
Clear and open communicator, able to drive projects forward efficiently.

The Role of the Training Manager (North):

The Ideal Person for the Training Manager (North):
Hands-on Experience: Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or similar qualification, along with Domestic ACS Core Units and G3 certification for Unvented Hot Water Systems.
A Passion for Training: We are after someone who genuinely enjoys sharing knowledge, with effective communication skills and a well-organized approach to delivering training.
Ready to Travel: A full UK driving license is essential, along with the flexibility to travel between sites and stay overnight when needed.
Desirable Extras: Experience with heat pumps or F-Gas qualifications would be a great bonus.
Trainer Know-How: If you hold a TAQA, A1 Assessor Award, or a similar assessor qualification, which is a big plus.
Formal Training Skills: Any relevant teaching or training qualifications—like City & Guilds 7300 or 6318—would be a welcome addition.

A leading engineering business is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead a high priority Workday rollout.
They are migrating from a legacy HR system to Workday as part of a strategic shift in their HR and ERP landscape.
This critical project will involve delivering the integrations (with Kronos/UKG, AD/Entra ID, and the existing ERP), building out functionality, and ensuring robust testing, rollout and post-go-live support.
The Role:
You'll take full ownership of the next phase of delivery.
The business needs someone who brings deep Workday knowledge, particularly around what's possible, and who thrives in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the successful delivery of Workday (full functionality, integrations, rollout, testing)
Ensuring hyper care/hyper support post deployment
Define and document HR processes and integration requirements
