Lead the day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care branch
Drive business growth by developing new care packages and increasing delivery hours

Ensure the team delivers high-quality, compliant care in line with CQC and local authority requirements
Provide effective leadership, performance management, and mentoring for all staff

Responsibilities:
Engage with the CQC to support regulatory compliance and quality improvement
Manage rotas and staffing levels to ensure continuity and safety of care
Deliver responsive, person-centred care in line with individual needs
Promote a positive working culture and high staff retention
Lead or contribute to business development initiatives and strategic planning
Ensure all emergency on-call issues are dealt with effectively
Promote the business & Attend external meetings and represent the service in a positive manner
Implement company policy and procedures in relation to managing absence, disciplinary, capability and grievance matters
Requirements:
Experience managing or leading within a domiciliary care setting
Working towards or hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and local authority compliance
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage staff teams and oversee service delivery
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
Previous CQC Registered Manager status is beneficial but not essential—equivalent experience in operational management within care is required.

This work may include, but is not limited to: monitoring progress of the installation; identifying any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications; reviewing and resolving concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions; coordinating visits with contractors; and preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative.

Inspections

When and where necessary or required, may perform QA/ QA+ inspections, Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only).
Monitoring Installation Visits to project sites to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products for the purpose of determining whether to issue a Tremco warranty.
This work may include, but is not limited to: monitoring progress of the installation; identifying any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications; reviewing and resolving concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions; coordinating visits with contractors; and preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative.
Troubleshooting Identifying problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof.
This work may include but is not limited to: identifying source(s) of leaks; analyzing problems to determine the best solution; monitoring implementation of the solution; and preparing written action plans.
This work will represent less than 45% of the SA's time Manual Labor Performing patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
Performing minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work This work may include but is not limited to: conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs; taking photographs; preparing CADD drawings; and delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.
Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required.
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sacco Mann are working with a leading law firm in Lincoln who are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing team in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:
Typing legal correspondence, reports, and other documents
Opening and closing client files
Scheduling and managing client appointments
Supporting the progression of conveyancing matters under supervision
Updating third-party portals, including the Land Registry
Handling telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and ensuring timely follow-up
Assisting with contract exchanges and progressing matters through to completion
Working collaboratively with the team and using initiative to meet deadlines
About You:
Ideally 2 years' experience in a law firm or similar professional environment, preferably within residential conveyancing
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Confident in coordinating work and contributing to team success
Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent client service

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join their team, focusing on the repair, maintenance, and assembly of mechanical machinery and components.
The Role Mechanical Fitter
- Carry out repair, maintenance, and assembly of mechanical machinery and components.
- Conduct fault finding and diagnostic tasks on a variety of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Support the Workshop Manager with various duties, including assisting with quotations.
- Complete relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Work independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Minimum Skills / Experience Required
- Proven experience with mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Strong background in fault finding, maintenance, repair, and mechanical assembly.
- Comfortable working closely with a team in a workshop environment.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the LE4 area and be flexible for on-call duties.
