GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Assistant Process Operator in our Chemical plant located in Corsicana.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete work functions within Chemical production operations. Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products. Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE. General forklift duties. The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems. Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting. Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation. Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.
Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times. Assist with physical inventory counts and processes. Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years. Preferred, Forklift experience certified.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good Attendance record. Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation. Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head throughout the day, Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to wear fall protection, and work at heights. Must be able to wear respirator approx.
2 hours per day and work in confined spaces. Forklift experience certified. 24 hour Hazpower.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly starting rate for applicants in this position wage is $25.00 plus a $1.00 shift premium.
This amount is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
This position is also eligible for a 6% annual bonus. This position will practice the DuPont work schedule.

Essential Functions

Minimum Requirements

Three to Five years' HR experience. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws. Excellent communication, verbal and written skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
Preferred Requirements
Ability to understand business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective. Experience in a Manufacturing plant or Distribution Center, preferred. Experience with Oracle systems (e.g., Oracle HRMS, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle Database) strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours a day.

May have occasional exposure to various manufacturing chemicals during travels.

Under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager, the hazardous waste attendant is responsible for collecting, separating, containing, sealing, weighing, marking, labeling, and preparing waste for transport in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Empty obsolete lab retains into appropriate collection containers for proper disposal.
Empty obsolete finish goods into appropriate collection containers for proper disposal. Empty collected drums of waste into Kiln Direct box. Must keep accurate logs. Empties, organizes, and keeps clean containers according to applicable regulations. Ensures waste compliance under supervision. Monitors waste collection and capacity; alerts manager to ensure that units are emptied before reaching full capacity. Operates and monitors the distillation units. Inspects and accurately inventories waste staging areas. Must maintain a valid forklift operator's certification. Assist in the on-site transfer of waste to staging areas as necessary. Assists vendors and transporters with waste collection and provides manifests. Maintains waste area in a clean and orderly condition. Always ensures safe working conditions; utilizes safety equipment and/or protective equipment as directed (i.e.
safety gloves and eye protection) and follows defined safety procedures. Maintain Spill Kit and absorbent pad inventories; notifies manager for deficiencies. Assists in the collection of samples that are required. Reports any problems or deviations to the manager immediately. Receive environment and safety training as required. Perform other job duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Experience and Education Required
Previous manufacturing, quality control and/or forklift experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Ability to receive and maintain forklift certification.
Ability to understand and provide practicing knowledge of tasks given. Excellent communications skills. Basic machine operation capabilities . Basic math, reading and comprehension skills.
Attention to detail and awareness.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to determine correct procedures in relation to specified guidelines learned during initial training and during any ongoing training.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Design Engineer assesses project requirements, gathers technical field data, determines design requirements, selects appropriate equipment, and provides drafting of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with drafting skills to ensure that projects are planned and constructed effectively.
Must live in Clearwater, Florida.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducts on-site visits and assessments to understand the specific scope and technical requirements of individual projects.
This includes evaluating existing HVAC systems, identifying issues or challenges, and testing equipment performance.
• Determines scope and designs solutions for HVAC restoration projects via site visits and coordination with owner/facility staff.
• Understands components and functions of existing mechanical systems being altered or renovated.
• Exercises control over design and production tasks to enable HVAC restoration projects.
• Drafts construction documents and generates specifications for HVAC restoration projects.
• Utilizes in-house estimating tools to create project budgets.
• Assists the sales team with scope reviews and support as needed.
• Creates, maintains, and improves drafting tools and templates.
• Determines the estimated cost of HVAC projects.
This includes calculating costs for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and any other expenses associated with the project.
• Ensures a smooth transition from design to project execution, providing technical guidance and insights during and after construction.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Engineer Intern (EI) Certification
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD.
• EI certification with the ability to obtain a PE license preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred.
• Experience with a programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to travel out of state up to 50% of the time.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $91,000 and $113,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
