The Role of Engineer Service Manager
You'll be responsible for the day to day leadership and development of a regional team of Service Engineers, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in a field based engineering role
Strong background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and diesel-powered equipment
Experience working with industrial or municipal machinery, FLT, plant, or HGVs is highly beneficial
Ability to lead by example, drive engagement, and get the best from your team
Organised, proactive, and confident handling performance and operational matters
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region

Purpose
The cook is responsible for managing the operation of the kitchen including food production, staff management, supplies, presentation / service and record management and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Ensure that chemicals and kitchen equipment are used and stored correctly and that safety and COSHH procedures adhered to at all times.
Ensure all crockery and equipment is cleaned, stored and maintained appropriately, and that the overall cleaning of the kitchen (and where appropriate, the dining areas) is carried out effectively
Report immediately to the Home Manager, or Person in Charge, any accident or illness of an infectious nature
Report to the Home Manager, person in charge or the Handyperson, any faulty appliances, damaged furniture, equipment or any potential hazard.
Promote safe working practices in the Home.
Contribute to the safeguarding of adults by ensuring an awareness of Adult Protection Policies and take steps to protect Service Users from any form of abuse or neglect and use the appropriate reporting mechanisms to inform the Home's Management of any concerns.
Adhere to all new, and changes in Local and Central Government initiatives as and when they are implemented.
Promote a positive personal / professional profile within the local community, ensuring the good reputation of the Home at all times.
Ensure that all information of confidential nature gained in the course of duty is not divulged to third parties.

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring the production of high-quality automotive components.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance and training to workshop staff.
Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and production, to meet client specifications and deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automotive components and systems.

Manage inventory and order parts required for production.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a multi-skilled maintenance team that works together as a flexible and professional unit.

Duties include:
- Adhere to all safety rules and requirements at all times.
- Carry out routine daily preventative maintenance checks.
- Work alongside the Production Team Leaders, Shift Technicians and Operators, reporting findings to your Departmental Team Leader.
- Take responsibility for any specific area as required to understand its operation and fully understand the maintenance requirements and safe systems of work for that area.
- Ensure that all tasks are accompanied by the relevant supporting documentation (work orders, risk assessments etc.).
- Carry out all non-planned and planned maintenance tasks promptly.

The role will involve advising clients on a range of health, social care and education issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
Matters include management of complex litigation in the Court of Protection, human rights, inquests, mental health, safeguarding, patient safety, serious incident response, complaints and disputes, HSE/CQC inspection and enforcement, education, children law and challenges to decision-making within health and social care.
On a day to day basis you would have the following responsibilities:
Manage your own varied caseload of both advisory and litigation matters;
Conduct advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings and Tribunals;
Active involvement in client care and business development.
It's not necessary for you to have directly aligned experience as the work is so varied, if you have touched upon some of the above that's fantastic, but if not hey are looking for an interest in the sector, whether that be health, social care law and/or education law.
This interest needs to be real but can be demonstrated in ways other than your current legal experience.
