GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, plastering, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates and maintains extrusion machinery independently; collaborates with team to run parts through equipment.
Performs journeyman-level plastering, including troweling, base coating, finishes, and final sanding/touch-ups.
Hand-applies and cuts adhesive mesh and Fedderlite channels to specification; trims parts with cutting equipment.
Mixes materials using electric drills and paddles; assembles and pours molds for cast stone.
Utilizes Monday.com to track production progress, shipments, and inventory.
Follows the production schedule set by the Production Supervisor and completes all required forms (e.g., work orders, material usage, man-hour sheets).
Leads project work, interprets complex work orders, and mentors less experienced team members.
Conducts quality control checks and identifies issues in production processes, providing data for improvement initiatives.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment; assists with shipping, receiving, and custom crate building.
Follows all safety protocols and proactively identifies and addresses safety concerns.
Cleans tools and equipment post-use and helps maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Participates in monthly inventory counts and uses power tools and other equipment safely and effectively.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 2+ Years' experience.
Experience with plastering.

Responsibilities:
As a Carpenter you will carry out all forms of carpentry repairs across occupied and vacant homes.
1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
Install windows, doors, door frames - Internal and external
UPVC servicing and installation
Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking
All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels

Required Skills and Experience:

Successful Candidate Essentials:
Complete the e-learning induction prior to attending first shift.
Must have access and use of a mobile device with location services activated for the purposes of time and attendance tracking.

What you'll get in return:
£12.21 per hour plus holiday accrual + £1.47 = £13.68 p/h
Up to 6 shifts per week between Monday to Saturday (Store dependent)
Depending on store, either 3-hour shift (6-9pm) or 4-hour shift (6-10pm)

We are currently looking for an Experience Adult's Social Worker to join a Placements Review Project.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team
This project works to clear a backlog of placement reviews required for vulnerable adults in the community - to ensure they remain safe, effective and appropriate to their needs.
Collaboration with service users, family, caregivers and staff is key to ensuring the relevancy and safety of each placement.
The use of the Care Act 2014, section 27 and panel deliberation is involved in the day to day considerations this team has.
This project is highly proactive and ambitious to ensure all packages are reviewed and adjusted appropriately.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult's social care/ community setting is essential for this position.
The successful candidate will be well versed in placement requirements and the use and importance of review work to be able to contribute effectively.
