The Nursery can take up to 145 Children from 6 months to 5 years.
The Room Leader position is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about childcare and working with a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality early years education.
We can also offer Full time or part time hours.
Part time hours being 7am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.

Job Purpose
To lead the day-to-day operation of a designated nursery room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early years education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The Room Leader is responsible for ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children's development, while providing effective leadership and support to colleagues and maintaining compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory requirements.
Leadership and Team Management
Lead, support, and motivate staff within the room to maintain high standards of care and education.
Organise staff deployment effectively to meet statutory ratios and operational needs.
Support the induction, supervision, and ongoing development of staff, including identifying training needs (in partnership with the Nursery Manager).
Promote effective communication, teamwork, and a positive working culture.
Act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism and best practice at all times.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (as defined by the Department for Education and meeting EYFS requirements)
Experience working in an early years setting
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Awareness of inclusive practice and SEND support Desirable

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include:
Proper completion of all services and related paperwork.
Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region.
Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
