Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $25.16 and $31.45.

Create a participant satisfaction survey and annual program report. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and budget requests. Travel as needed and represent RISE/WTI at student and employee recruiting events, career fairs, conferences, etc.(up to 50% travel). Maintain working knowledge of emerging national trends and best practices in the industry, as well as in outreach, pre-college initiatives, and education related to employee success. Work with WTI management to continually devise and implement process improvements and align programming to meet current and future company needs. Support WTI in advocacy, strategy, and community efforts. May participate in community and education-related committees to further the goals of WTI Education and Community Outreach program(s). Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in education, social services, or psychology is preferred but not required.
2-4 years prior years related experience in human services, education, or community development. Proven ability to develop strong, respectful relationships. Prior experience working with and contributing to a diverse workplace. Experience adapting to changing environments and navigating organizational dynamics. Demonstrated ability to maintain high confidentiality, discretion, and integrity levels. Proven commitment to promoting equity and inclusivity and demonstrated sensitivity to the needs and concerns of those of culturally and socioeconomically diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated experience in understanding issues and trends in higher education programs, focusing on the retention needs of low-income, first-generation, historically underrepresented, marginalized, and/or underserved students. Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.

Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.
Address proper drainage, staging, application and details Observe and document all work being done
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work is completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge and ability to use basic tools associated with commercial roofing Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge with a commitment to safety at all times Understanding and ability to manage expenses Planning and organizational skills.
