The Role
Key purpose of the role is to work as part of the Repairs and Maintenance team, managing a team of construction trades overseeing Health and Safety.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require to have a CSCS card as well as a full, clean driving licence.
It will be essential to be in experiences in the below:
Manual handling and asbestos awareness training as a minimum.
Relevant Team Leading/Supervisory experience working in a construction environment is essential.
Previous experience of working in a similar role.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £22 p/h Umbrella Ltd.

This Housing Support Worker role in East London (E2) offers a chance to make a real difference by supporting individuals to stabilise their lives and prepare for independent living.
THE ROLE
You will support homeless individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges, helping them access appropriate services.
Create a safe and psychologically informed environment
Conduct assessments and develop user-led support plans
Provide high-quality support with life skills and appointments
Manage a caseload of key clients, including those with complex needs
Facilitate group activities
Liaise with internal and external partners
Monitor and report incidents, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within homelessness and supported housing services.
Experience working with individuals with substance misuse and challenging behaviour
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and personal care needs
Ability to assess risks and create user-led support plans
Knowledge of mental health, substance misuse, and service user involvement
THE CONTRACT
40 Hours Per Week, Early & Late Shifts on 7-day Rota - 8:00 to 16:30 / 13:30 to 22:00
12 Weeks, potential extension or perm
The pay range for the role is £15.70 per hour LTD company rate.
The PAYE equivalent is £13.38 per hour, inclusive of holiday.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We have Combined Installation Merchandiser opportunities where you will be working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews and Store Support Projects.
The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
A current and valid CSCS card is a must, additional certifications such as SIERS/IPAF & SMSTS would be ideal but not essential.
You will need to have experience in the Installation industry.
Implementing all elements of racking and shelving installations and merchandising to plan
You will be required to carry out the following:
Checking equipment deliveries
Transporting equipment from store warehouse yard using pallet trucks
Dismantling and erection of racking inline with store plans and phasing
Fixing racking to floor & walls using power tools
Palletising and banding of equipment ready for collection
Removal of stock from fixtures and re-merchandising to plan
Stock replenishment
Carry out health and safety checks.
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights).
Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Travelling will be involved when local work is not available.
Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
Desirable Qualities:
Able to make decisions and prioritise.
Previous experience in Retail & Merchandising.
Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
Comfortable working at height.
Problem solving and a ‘can do' attitude.
Full UK driving licence.
Fork lift truck licence.
IPAF 3A/3B certifications.
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required.
