Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Carry out installation of mechanical and/or electrical equipment on site working closely with your team.

The role of the service engineer will include:
*Ensuring health and safety standards are followed and a high quality of workmanship.
*Installing mechanical, electrical and water treatment equipment onto site and supporting with breakdown of equipment as and when required.
*Pat testing of equipment, ensuring paperwork is kept up to date and carry out technical surveys
The successful service engineer will have:
*Experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and/or background in marine engineering
*NVQ Level 2 in mechanical, electrical or marine engineering
*Driving licence and happy to stay away and travel to different sites if needed
