Carboline is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Intern at our Manufacturing Plant in Green Bay, WI. This Intern will work alongside our Continuous Improvement Manager, Plant Managers, and other CI personnel, reporting directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager, with dotted line of accountability to the local Plant Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, additionally the completion of at least 30 credit hours toward a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
Experience related to either manufacturing, industrial, or engineering or enrolling in a program in a related field is also desirable. This paid intern will work roughly 30 - 40 hours per week from May-August.
Must be pursuing a four-year degree in Engineering or a similar field.
Physical Requirements:
This position may require light physical activity and computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Work environments may require the use of hearing protection, eye protection, and steel toed shoes.

As a Children's HomeRegistered Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of a five bed children's residential home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for both the young people in care and the staff.
You Will Be Responsible For:

* Must have 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
* Understanding of Trauma-Informed Care and therapeutic approaches, with a knowledge of PACE or willingness to learn.
* Confident leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a nurturing approach.
* Level 3 NVQ diploma in Residential Childcare/Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve this qualification if holding a Level 5 diploma.
* Ability to pass an Ofsted Fit Person Interview.
* Familiarity with Children's Home Regulations and legislation related to managing a registered children's home.
* Clear DBS and positive references from all previous employers within children or vulnerable adult sectors.
* UK Driving Licence.
