OVERVIEW:
We are currently looking for an AI Engineer.
This position will be responsible for:
Leading end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, system architecture, prototyping, production deployment, and ongoing iteration
Designing and building company-owned internal software, data pipelines, and integrations to replace Excel as an operational backbone
Translating ambiguous business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Selecting appropriate tools, technologies, and architectures to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
Developing robust, efficient, and reliable systems, ensuring accuracy and correctness through validation and testing
Driving execution and delivery, shipping improvements quickly and iterating based on feedback and results
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Replace manual workflows with production software○ Translate informal processes into clear data models, services, and user-facing tools.
○ Build internal web apps, APIs, and automation services that users adopt.
Build data pipelines and system integrations○ Ingest data from files, forms, SaaS tools, and internal databases.
○ Implement ETL/ELT pipelines with validation, lineage, and monitoring.
○ Integrate systems via REST APIs, webhooks, queues, and scheduled jobs.
Create durable data foundations○ Design relational schemas, enforce constraints, manage migrations.
○ Build "single source of truth" datasets for analytics + operations.
Operationalize ML○ Use pre-trained models (LLMs / vision / classical ML) for classification, extraction, routing, forecasting, etc.
○ When needed: fine-tune/train on company data, evaluate properly, deploy with monitoring.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML
EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualification):
Graduating Spring/Summer 2026 or recent graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML.
Proficiency in at least one backend language: e.g.
Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C#/.NET
Ability to build automation/services that handle data, integrate APIs, and run reliably in production.
Strong SQL and relational fundamentals (schema design basics, joins/aggregations, constraints, query debugging; Postgres/MySQL/SQL Server).
Ability to build and consume REST APIs (HTTP basics, auth patterns, pagination, error handling).
Solid software engineering fundamentals:
Data structures + OOP
Readable, maintainable code
Debugging and refactoring
Git workflow experience (branches, pull requests, code review habits).
Clear technical communication: can write clean documentation
To increase your chances, include at least one project that demonstrates end-to-end ownership:
problem → design → implementation → deployment → iteration or improvements.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OHSA 10 preferred
Engineer-in-Training Certification preferred
Licensed/Registered Architect preferred
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Framework experience: FastAPI / Flask / Django, ASP.NET Core, NestJS / Express
Data pipeline orchestration tooling: Airflow / Dagster / Prefect
Docker experience and basic CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP): managed databases, object storage, message queues
Building SaaS integrations using REST APIs / webhooks
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administration Supervisor to join our team.
In this critical role, you will lead a team of Contract Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance management while collaborating with internal stakeholders including Legal, Sales, Construction, and Finance to support the US Sales contracting processes.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the contract administration function, managing workflow distribution, maintaining quality standards, and serving as the liaison between the administration team and senior management.

Essential Functions
Supervise and lead a team of Contract Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Assign and prioritize work based on business needs, utilizing multiple team email boxes and task queues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Sales, and Finance to support contract processes.
Review, edit, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerances.
Perform final review and signature of assigned contracts, escalating complex issues as needed.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental goals are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain efficient processes and standard operating procedures to support a scalable contract administration function.
Assist in the preparation and management of business & contractor licensing activities and renewals.
Act as the communication bridge between the contract admin team and senior manager to ensure alignment of goals, issues, and priorities.
Train new and existing team members on contract processes, systems, and tools.
Maintain accurate contract records in ERP and CLM systems.
Assist Contract Administrators in their tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in contract administration or related role.
3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience reviewing, editing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts - Mainly third-party contracts received from GCs and facility owners.
Experience working in an office-based, team-oriented environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Understanding of insurance terminology, ability to interpret requirements and read certificates of insurance (COIs).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Solid understanding of legal terminology and contract structures.
Preferred Requirements
Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or other relevant certifications.
Familiarity with risk management principles.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software; Agiloft experience is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with insurance documents and understanding coverage requirements.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours in a day.
No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000.
Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance, internal equity, among other qualifying criteria permitted by law.

JOB DESCRIPTION
DAP is currently looking to hire Product Information Specialist.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise to customers, sales reps, and internal staff in area of proper product usage/application.
Arrange for customer reimbursement for defective products, assist in rectifying customer complaints, and arrange for investigations on specific user complaints.
Provide technical advice to customers Respond to phone, email, chat, and faxed inquiries regarding 'how to use' DAP products correctly.
Advise customer on how to correct the misuse of DAP products.
Supply technical data sheets, verbal advice, and safety data sheets to customers.
Respond to written, electronic and faxed correspondence regarding technical advice and user dissatisfaction.
Provide product use referrals (i.e., specify the correct product for architects, engineers, contractors, and end users).
Rotating Saturday on Call Phone Support On-Call phone support.
Each TCSR will be included in the standard rotating schedule with the requirement to provide on-call support (remotely) one Saturday each quarter.
Saturday assignments will be posted on a quarterly schedule, once published any changes require 24-hour notice and management approval.
Requirements
Educational requirements are High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
0-3 years' experience in customer service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking is essential.
Industry experience and product knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of SAP system preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in stressful situations.
Detail oriented service and mature attitude when dealing with customers.
