About the Role: Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer will be at the centre of designing, developing, and delivering advanced subsea systems.
This role is highly varied and offers the chance to work across the full project lifecycle — from early concept development and technical proposals through to final delivery and client handover.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting both commercial bids and technical development projects, with a strong emphasis on the design and engineering of complex subsea systems.
This includes developing innovative, high-quality system designs that achieve the right balance between performance, safety, and practicality.
Working alongside senior engineers, project managers, and sales teams, you will transform customer requirements into detailed design concepts and technical solutions that not only meet project specifications but also contribute to the company’s long-term engineering and product innovation strategies.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys combining technical design, problem-solving, and creativity, and who thrives in a dynamic environment where every project brings new challenges.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the development of full-system technical solutions from concept to execution
Carry out engineering calculations, performance analysis, and detailed system definitions
Produce high-quality technical visuals including CAD models, renders, and animations
Contribute to the tendering process, attending client meetings and technical reviews
Work closely with Chief Engineers on innovative and bespoke equipment solutions
Maintain and manage CAD documentation, performance data, and system libraries
Provide technical support to the sales team, including presentations, demonstrations, and bid support
Act as a technical authority during project execution, participating in major design reviews and ensuring compliance with specifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Proven experience in design engineering for low-volume, high-value equipment
Strong technical knowledge of deck equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, controls, and software
Exposure to cross-disciplinary engineering fields such as structural, hydraulic, and subsea
Skilled in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
Offshore or maritime sector experience (desirable but not essential)
Creative, detail-driven, and able to meet tight project deadlines
A proactive, open-minded team player with ambition to grow technically and commercially

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR

EXPERIENCE

Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, glazing etc.)

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join a well-established IT solutions provider, partnering with recognised technology vendors and supporting corporate clients across the UK.
As an Account Manager, you will lead and inspire a driven sales team while actively contributing to business development and revenue growth.
This role offers benefits and a salary range of £44,000 - £52,000 plus uncapped commission and leadership bonus.
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of IT Sales Executives to exceed performance goals
* Driving new business initiatives and ensuring consistent achievement of gross profit targets
* Setting clear objectives and supporting personal and professional development within the team
* Working collaboratively with senior management to define and execute sales strategies
* Managing your own portfolio of clients while providing leadership to the wider team
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors and distributors
* Supporting expansion into new market sectors and growth opportunities
What We Are Looking For
* Previously worked as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Channel Sales Manager or in a similar role
* Demonstrable IT reseller experience
* Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales and profit targets
* Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team, formally or informally
* Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
* A proactive, results-oriented individual who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced setting

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for securing new business and managing the complete sales cycle while providing tailored IT solutions to clients.
This role offers benefits and a salary of up to £40,000 plus commission (£60 - 100k OTE achievable for strong performers).
You will be responsible for:
* Generating new business opportunities within the corporate B2B sector.
* Managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, quoting, closing, and renewals.
