GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role in which the associate is partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will assist in ensuring comprehensive and hands-on training.
The Sales Associate will prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and travel throughout their assigned local territory.
You must live in and be available to travel within the assigned territory of St.

4TH ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:
Anticipated to start between June 1st and August 1st, the Sales Associates or Field Technical Associates will learn, train, and grow side by side with the other members of the current and previous years' program cohorts.
Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.
Each associate will be assigned a mentor and have multiple opportunities to shadow experienced sales and field representatives within the assigned territory.

What We're Looking For
Proven sales and account management experience, within the automotive aftermarket - ideally a parts supplier.
Previous experience managing remote field sales teams and key accounts or an experienced Key Account Manager looking to make the step to Sales Manager.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Ability to analyse performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Skilled in coaching, motivating, and developing a high‑performing team.
Highly numerate with strong financial awareness.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using BI/CRM tools (e.g., Tableau, Phocas, Vecta, Sales‑i, Salesforce).
Strong relationship‑building and networking capabilities.
Comfortable with national travel and staying away when required.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, motivate, and support the Regional Sales Team to achieve individual and national sales objectives.
Analyse sales performance across independent and key account customers, taking corrective action where needed.
Develop and deliver annual Customer Development Plans to support growth and profitability.
Manage key account group performance through promotional activity, advertising, training, and communication.
Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports, including variance analysis and countermeasures.
Ensure full market coverage across geography and sales channels.
Support brand awareness and distribution through effective POS, promotional activity, and distributor engagement.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical, and Finance teams.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of service across all touchpoints.
Uphold company procedures, policies, and commercial standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Design Engineer assesses project requirements, gathers technical field data, determines design requirements, selects appropriate equipment, and provides drafting of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with drafting skills to ensure that projects are planned and constructed effectively.
Must live in Clearwater, Florida.
Relocation package offered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducts on-site visits and assessments to understand the specific scope and technical requirements of individual projects.
This includes evaluating existing HVAC systems, identifying issues or challenges, and testing equipment performance.
• Determines scope and designs solutions for HVAC restoration projects via site visits and coordination with owner/facility staff.
• Understands components and functions of existing mechanical systems being altered or renovated.
• Exercises control over design and production tasks to enable HVAC restoration projects.
• Drafts construction documents and generates specifications for HVAC restoration projects.
• Utilizes in-house estimating tools to create project budgets.
• Assists the sales team with scope reviews and support as needed.
• Creates, maintains, and improves drafting tools and templates.
• Determines the estimated cost of HVAC projects.
This includes calculating costs for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and any other expenses associated with the project.
• Ensures a smooth transition from design to project execution, providing technical guidance and insights during and after construction.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Engineer Intern (EI) Certification
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD.
• EI certification with the ability to obtain a PE license preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred.
• Experience with a programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to travel out of state up to 50% of the time.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $91,000 and $113,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
