The Role:-
Reporting to the UK Head of Sales, the New Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating and closing profitable New Business(70/30) and with some existing account opportunities from the networking portfolio of solutions and services this company offer.
The ideal candidate would have 2 years+ sales experiences from a New Business Hunter perspective, selling complex networking and managed services solutions to the SME and Enterprise community.
You will have a track record of success and well-established relationships with both customers and vendors, allowing you to engage with the wider teams in the business to continue the successful approach to winning and developer new customer relationships.
Responsibility of building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and managing through to closure as an individual and part of a supportive team that offers you a high-calibre of specialist resource throughout the process to ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties.
Responsibilities:-
Identify, qualify and close new networking and managed services opportunities within the telecoms and Enterprise market.
Achieve quarterly and annual gross margin sales targets
Ensuring the Solutions offered are in the field of the company expertise
Target and Prioritise prospects
Design and implement a structured sales plan to meet and exceed the targets
Present business propositions concepts and ideas to Board level customers
Build a clear understanding of the customers' budget and priorities
Work closely with Pre Sales and technical resources to manage the sales cycle and deliverables
Record and plans via the companies CRM
Working closely with the Vendor partner managers' through the chosen partner solution sale
Skills Required:-
At least 2 years New Business/Hunter skills as well as Account Development selling into the SME and Enterprise Sector
Selling High Value complex Networking and Managed Services
Team Player and understand Team Selling
Ability to accurately forecast and consistently deliver results against targets
Ability to create customer proposal documentation and delivered at a high quality
Strong commercials to build the deal a competitive but profitable solution
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to understand, influence and negotiate the propositions
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills written and verbal.

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS administration, Active Directory management, Group Policies, user/group management, and PowerShell.
- Extensive experience maintaining server hardware and storage systems (NAS, SAN).
- Strong understanding of IT security (anti-virus, hard drive encryption, client hardening, authentication).
- Experience in High Availability environments, including clustering and disaster recovery.
- Solid technical knowledge of IP network fundamentals.
- Ability to achieve Direct Vetted Status (DV).
Desirable Skills:
- Linux knowledge an advantage

Lead and mentor a team of operators, promoting best practices in machine operation, safety, and quality control.
Build, develop and maintain our internal software system to provide tools and improvements for all operations and plant staff.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Perform daily database exports for security, data management and review of applications to identify and resolve bugs.
Play an active role in the Operational Efficiency Committee to review, critique, and develop new processes within the manufacturing chain.
Oversee the EPS fabrication process, ensuring that materials are cut, shaped, and prepared in accordance with design specifications; ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of fabricated panels to meet project deadlines.
Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate interpretation for panel fabrication.
Collaborate with the multiple departments to improve overall company efficiencies.
Maintain inventory of EPS material and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels to meet production needs.
Maintain Quality Standards and produce our panel system at all stages of the manufacturing process.
Additional tasks and duties, as required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machine operation and EPS cutting processes, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in coding and implementing MES software, automation systems, and machine interfaces.
Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases for effective data management.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Python, and other coding software and/or programming languages.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
SAP/ERP experience preferred.
Green or Black Belt certification and/or Lean Manufacturing Certification preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
In-depth understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
High attention to detail, ensuring precise machine setups, quality control, and adherence to production standards.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
