Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing environment on a permanent afternoon shift.
This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving production machinery, while also supporting the upkeep of the wider site, including buildings, grounds and workshop facilities.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on factory and production machinery
Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
Maintain and clean production equipment to ensure optimal performance
Support the maintenance of buildings, grounds and general site infrastructure
Assist with machinery repairs, strip-downs and rebuilds where required
Maintain a clean, safe and organised maintenance workshop
Complete maintenance records accurately
Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager and wider team
Undertake training as required and support other maintenance activities across the site
The Ideal Candidate will have:
A relevant engineering qualification
At least 5 years' hands-on maintenance or engineering experience
Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding skills
Experience working on production or factory machinery
Good record-keeping skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A practical, proactive approach and willingness to support all areas of site maintenance
Desirable Skills:
Experience within manufacturing, factory, FMCG, food production or industrial environments
Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance
Basic electrical awareness
Experience working with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, hydraulics and pneumatics
General fabrication or fitting experience
Flexible, hands-on attitude with a willingness to support wider site maintenance

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Provide a superior level of credit and collection expertise within clear and concise guidelines.
Responsible for the collection of A/R and credit review of orders.
Must display a high degree of tact, professionalism and cooperation with customers, management, sales force and internal personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish credit lines for new and existing accounts Credit release all orders within company policy Collection of all receivables for a specific geographic area Develop payment plans for all past due accounts Assist regional managers in controlling receivables to meet the standards of the division Assess problem accounts and make recommendations Analysis and interpretation of financial statements Prepare monthly receivable commentaries and various reports Maintain knowledge of all bonding and lien laws in assigned states Identify discrepancies in a timely manner

As a Commercial Property Manager / Head of Property, you will oversee the management of a commercial property portfolio, lead a small team and ensure the smooth delivery of property management services while maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary of circa £40,000 (DOE) and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading and supporting a small property management team to meet operational targets and objectives
* Managing day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
* Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, owners, and stakeholders
* Attending committee and annual meetings to provide updates and address property matters
* Assisting with preparation of service charge budgets for managed properties
* Using property management software (ideally TRAMPS) to maintain records, process payments, and generate reports
* Conducting routine property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and compliance
* Maintaining accurate property, lease, and maintenance records
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Head of Property Management, Commercial Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Head of Commercial Property Management, Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, Estate Manager, Block Manager, Head of property or in a similar role.
* Previous experience in a commercial property management position.
* Experience leading or supervising a team.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* Experience using property management software (such as TRAMPS) is advantageous.
* A professional approach when dealing with clients, landlords, tenants and stakeholders.
