JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.).
Apply waterproofing sealants and coatings to roofs, flashings, and other surfaces.
Apply painting of roofing components, trim, or other structural elements as required.
Identify and repair leaks or damaged areas on commercial roofs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
Job Requirements:

Reliable form of transportation
Acceptable background check per company standards

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Sales Coordinator (Prebuck) performs support duties critical to the sales process for Prebuck and related products.

Perform general administration and coordination activities for the sales and plant operations teams as well as product management, marketing and other departments in support of revenue generation projects and initiatives.
This may include but not be limited to fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate subject matter expert, developing presentations, scheduling site visits or deliveries, following up on open issues, approving invoices or expenses, coordinating local events, approving invoices or expenses, resolving interdepartmental issues, etc. Coordinate day-to-day activities with production, estimators, sales, and customers.
Collaborate with customer service on custom order entries and assist with customer sign-off/approvals as needed. Prepare sales and freight quotes. Schedule and coordinate product deliveries to project sites including the procurement of shipping and logistics services. Schedule field technical resources and communicate site schedules with customer as necessary.
Perform new customer set-ups and maintain accurate customer data in related systems. Act as a designated power user for SalesForce.com.
Leverage related SAP functions for procurement, sales, KPIs, customer details, etc. Provide regular reporting of critical information utilizing SAP, Salesforce.com, and other relevant internal/external systems platforms (i.e.
sales reports, opportunity pipeline charts, etc.) Coordinate production based on project wins, ensuring orders are scheduled and shipped in accordance with customer expectations. Maintain inventory levels and procure raw materials to ensure adequate inventory. Update the Resource Center with new account requests; order approvals; product literature, apparel and promotional items; TremBox presentations, product catalogs, etc.

They are responsible for receiving and checking all inbound and outbound freight and managing the movements of products within the facility.

Responsible for unloading trailers with inbound deliveries and checking/completing supporting documents. Responsible for the safe and accurate loading of all outbound freight. Responsible for the accurate consolidation of the partial skids in preparation for shipment. Responsible for accurately staging outbound loads daily. Responsible for wrapping all completed production skids. Responsible for processing and organizing the return area. Responsible for maintaining housekeeping expectations. Unload bulk deliveries into correct storage vessels.
EXPERIENCE
No prior experience or training. Previous forklift training is an asset but not required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must obtain an internal Forklift Truck driving license.

The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers. Developing Business Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property Preparing roof drawings and sketches Preparing scope of work documents Preparing proposals Attending sales calls Pricing patch and repair jobs Providing technical expertise Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof
May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work
This work may include but is not limited to:
Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs Taking photographs Preparing CADD drawings Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role. Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required. Qualifications: Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects. Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.
