OVERVIEW:
We are currently looking for an AI Engineer.
This position will be responsible for:
Leading end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, system architecture, prototyping, production deployment, and ongoing iteration
Designing and building company-owned internal software, data pipelines, and integrations to replace Excel as an operational backbone
Translating ambiguous business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Selecting appropriate tools, technologies, and architectures to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
Developing robust, efficient, and reliable systems, ensuring accuracy and correctness through validation and testing
Driving execution and delivery, shipping improvements quickly and iterating based on feedback and results
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Replace manual workflows with production software○ Translate informal processes into clear data models, services, and user-facing tools.
○ Build internal web apps, APIs, and automation services that users adopt.
Build data pipelines and system integrations○ Ingest data from files, forms, SaaS tools, and internal databases.
○ Implement ETL/ELT pipelines with validation, lineage, and monitoring.
○ Integrate systems via REST APIs, webhooks, queues, and scheduled jobs.
Create durable data foundations○ Design relational schemas, enforce constraints, manage migrations.
○ Build "single source of truth" datasets for analytics + operations.
Operationalize ML○ Use pre-trained models (LLMs / vision / classical ML) for classification, extraction, routing, forecasting, etc.
○ When needed: fine-tune/train on company data, evaluate properly, deploy with monitoring.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML
EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualification):
Graduating Spring/Summer 2026 or recent graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML.
Proficiency in at least one backend language: e.g.
Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C#/.NET
Ability to build automation/services that handle data, integrate APIs, and run reliably in production.
Strong SQL and relational fundamentals (schema design basics, joins/aggregations, constraints, query debugging; Postgres/MySQL/SQL Server).
Ability to build and consume REST APIs (HTTP basics, auth patterns, pagination, error handling).
Solid software engineering fundamentals:
Data structures + OOP
Readable, maintainable code
Debugging and refactoring
Git workflow experience (branches, pull requests, code review habits).
Clear technical communication: can write clean documentation
To increase your chances, include at least one project that demonstrates end-to-end ownership:
problem → design → implementation → deployment → iteration or improvements.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OHSA 10 preferred
Engineer-in-Training Certification preferred
Licensed/Registered Architect preferred
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Framework experience: FastAPI / Flask / Django, ASP.NET Core, NestJS / Express
Data pipeline orchestration tooling: Airflow / Dagster / Prefect
Docker experience and basic CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP): managed databases, object storage, message queues
Building SaaS integrations using REST APIs / webhooks
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Under limited supervision, performs skilled welding duties including Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless and Pipe Fitting, Plant maintenance, repair, and structural welding; performs other maintenance and repair duties, as assigned.
The Maintenance Welder will be working 4-day, 10-hour schedule and on call nights, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to understand and perform complex repair procedures while following oral and written instruction specific to the equipment being repaired.
Able to Work 4 day/10-hour shift.
Must have Basic Mechanical ability.
Ability to conduct Structural welding.
Proven ability to Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless.
Pipe Fitting.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, catwalks, or high lifts.
Develops a full understanding of chemical hazards specific to area assigned to, including knowledge of required PPE for each job.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and/or specifications.
Work in plant, and shop environment.
Develops a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service.
Must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices.
This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment.
Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems.

Engineer (Preconstruction)
General Purpose:
To assess project requirements, gather technical data, and provide accurate cost estimates for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with estimating skills to ensure that HVAC projects are planned and budgeted effectively.
Here are the primary purposes and responsibilities of a Preconstruction Engineer:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Determines scope, designs solutions and estimates cost of HVAC restoration projects.
Understands components and function of existing mechanical systems that are being altered or renovated.
Develops a project scope of work through site visits and discussions with owner / facility staff
Exercises control over design and production tasks to enable HVAC restoration projects.
Drafts construction documents and generates specifications for HVAC restoration projects.
Utilizes in-house estimating tools to create project budgets.
Assists sales team with scope reviews and support as needed.
Creates, maintains, and improves estimating tools.
Determines the estimated cost of HVAC projects.
This includes calculating costs for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and any other expenses associated with the project.
Conducts on-site visits and assessments to understand the scope and technical intricacies of specific projects.
This includes evaluating existing HVAC systems, identifying any issues or challenges, and gathering data needed for precise estimation.
Ensures a smooth transition from estimation to project execution, providing technical guidance and insights as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of industry-specific experience.
Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD.
EI certification with ability to obtain PE license preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred.
Experience with programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred
Experience with cloud based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc) preferred.
Ability to travel out of state up to 25% The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $90,000 and $125,000.
