GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment. Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules. Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards. Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements. Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications. Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas. Discharges blenders of powder when necessary. Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards. Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs. Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing. Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents. Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance. Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures. Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs. Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Forklift certification is preferred.

Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities. Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

The Maintenance Technician performs scheduled and unplanned plant process maintenance and repairs.
Responds to unscheduled maintenance issues as required.
Maintains parts inventories, submits purchase requisitions, and maintains equipment files.
Communicates job status as appropriate to operators, management, and other maintenance personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoots, plans, modifies, and repairs/rebuilds all types of plant equipment Performs basic electrical troubleshooting, repair, and construction, as required Tests new or repaired equipment to assure satisfactory performance Modifies/fabricates as required, using welder, cutting torches and various machines and tools Keeps equipment, maintenance shop, and job sites in a clean and orderly condition Works in accordance with OSHA and Tremco safety policies and procedures Works from ladders, lifts, elevated places, and confined spaces, as required Documents work completed; reports job outcome/supplies Daily handoff /communication with other shifts Details job status as appropriate to operators, management, and other maintenance personnel Submits requisitions for repair/replacement parts, as necessary Enters MRO receipts in SAP system, maintains parts inventory/shop/equipment files/records Lifts up to 50 lbs., as required.

General Purpose:
To assess project requirements, gather technical data, and provide accurate cost estimates for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with estimating skills to ensure that HVAC projects are planned and budgeted effectively.
Here are the primary purposes and responsibilities of a Preconstruction Engineer:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Determines scope, designs solutions and estimates cost of HVAC restoration projects. Understands components and function of existing mechanical systems that are being altered or renovated. Develops a project scope of work through site visits and discussions with owner / facility staff Exercises control over design and production tasks to enable HVAC restoration projects. Drafts construction documents and generates specifications for HVAC restoration projects. Utilizes in-house estimating tools to create project budgets. EI certification with ability to obtain PE license preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit models, ensuring accurate representation of designs for production and installation. Develop Revit families and work to integrate add-in software to improve BIM efficiencies and specialized outputs. Maintain and enhance the configuration of Be.Smart Metal Framing (formerly AGACAD).
Maintain and enhance the Be.Smart tools to automated repetitive tasks in Revit and manipulate and export data to Excel. Develop and maintain Revit Shared Parameters file, understanding the role of Shared Parameters in Revit Families and subsequent integration into ERP Systems Work closely with preconstruction to understand project specifications and translate them into Revit models that align with production requirements. Collaborate with production and product teams to identify and resolve potential design or fabrication issues early in the process. Assist in the creation and management of 3D models, drawings, and digital construction documents to streamline the manufacturing process and improve product accuracy.
Perform clash detection and ensure coordination between different disciplines (e.g., architecture, structure, MEP) to avoid design conflicts during the preconstruction phase. Support the team in optimizing panel design for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and ease of installation. Provide Revit/BIM training and support, including developing standards and guidelines for BIM implementation. Maintain Revit/BIM-related documentation and records, ensuring that all models and documents are up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with the preconstruction team to conduct reviews, design validation, and coordination meetings to ensure the alignment of the models with client expectations and production requirements. Participate in the development of customized Revit/BIM workflows and tools to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and meet project deadlines. Monitor industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending new tools and practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the BIM process. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
10+ years of use and implementation of Autodesk Revit in conjunction with the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Expert level knowledge along with Revit Certification highly desired.
Strong familiarity with other CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D.
General knowledge of other BIM related software and 3rd party Revit tools used for data manipulation and automation of repetitive tasks such as Be.Smart, CTC Tools, IMAGINiT for Revit, DI Roots.
Knowledge or interest in CNC fabrication Experience with 3D modeling, detailing, and visualization of building components, specifically in modular or factory panelized systems. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The BIM Specialist is responsible for transforming conceptual layouts to full fabrication and installable LOD400 models of metal panels that integrate with the building design along with associated shop drawings and custom Revit schedules to facilitate shop fabrication.

Shop Drawings). Coordinate and assist with any addendum, request for information, change proposal requests and change orders; make necessary revisions to existing drawings. Prepare final drawings based on prior work examples and input from designers and/or engineers. Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures. Document RevitBIM standards, processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and discrepancies within Revit/BIM models to ensure smooth coordination between various disciplines. Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate and timely designs in accordance with established budgets and estimates. Prioritize all work in accordance with project deadlines. The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
