We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The Commercial Roofer will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.

General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs) Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

Tremco is currently looking for a Field Services Safety Engineer.
General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs) Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

Depending on experience, the Plaster may also create quality work instructions and internal training programs for the production and assembly of in-plant continuous insulation panels.

Act as the subject matter expert for basecoat and finish applications in the creation of finished EIFS panels/products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Spray or roll on air/water barriers.
Mix basecoat/adhesive material.
Apply fiberglass mesh.
Follow the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mix base coats and finish with an electric drill and paddle.
Work as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Use a trowel and comparable tools to apply base and finish coats.
Complete final sanding and touch-up of parts.
Assist with monthly inventory counts.
Oversee finish coat applications; apply final decorative finish coat (stucco or synthetic) to the panels using trowels, brushes, spray equipment, or comparable tools.
Achieve and ensure a consistent, uniform texture and color finish across all panels to meet architectural or manufacturer specifications.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure the plaster/finish mix is the correct consistency, check for imperfections, and follow guidelines for curing times.
Other related tasks may include:
Trimming parts with cutting equipment.
Sanding and touching up parts that do not meet quality standards
Assist in the preparation and organization of shipping manufactured panels, which may include: Building and inspecting custom crates based on project specifications.
Follow all safety requirements, including but not limited to maintaining a clean work environment, wearing appropriate protective gear, and following OSHA guidelines, especially when using power tools or spray equipment.
Provide guidance and training to the production assembly team, including the preparation and maintenance of standard work documents.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and planning; implement lean practices.

Job Summary
R2R Program Trainer
Responsible for conducting classroom and on-the-job training to groups of facility and custodial personnel covering basics for remediation of Category 1 Water (clean water) intrusion.
Responsible for delivering hands-on technical training and support implementation of the Ready 2 Respond (R2R) Program.
This includes coordinating, delivering, and improving seminars, schools, and workshops both in person and virtually.
The trainer helps customers understand and apply drying best practices, use R2R equipment and tools effectively, and maintain a safe and efficient response capability.
Senior R2R Program Trainer
Responsible for conducting classroom and on-the-job training to groups of facility and custodial personnel covering basics for remediation of Category 1 Water (clean water) intrusion.
Advanced-level training professional who independently delivers and supports high-level R2R training, mentorship, and curriculum development.
Performs more complex technical tasks, supports continuous improvement of the training process, and provides leadership and guidance to training team members and cross-functional partners.

Essential Duties
R2R Program Trainer
• Present in-person and virtual training events for end users, stakeholders, and partners.
• Organize logistics and preparation for training facilities and materials, such as presentation deck, course materials, and certificates.
• Travel as needed for offsite or regional training delivery.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of training materials and presentations.
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers post-training, as needed.
• Administer training and distribute certificates according to R2R program requirements.
• Record and share technical knowledge gathered through trainings, seminars, and field experience.
• Provide occasional support to the Sales Department through product demonstrations or events.
• Mentor external or newer trainers as directed.
• Complete all required documentation and post-event follow-up.
Senior R2R Program Trainer
Includes all duties of the R2R Program Trainer, plus:
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in drying systems, equipment uses, and emergency response implementation.
• Lead complex or high-profile training events, often independently or with minimal oversight.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate junior or external trainers to maintain quality and consistency.
• Lead curriculum revisions or new program development efforts.
• Set the standard for professional conduct, technical skill, and training excellence across the program.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives involving training, quality assurance, or performance audits.
• Provide in-depth technical support and consultation for challenging customer scenarios.
• Represent the training function at industry events and leadership meetings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, EHS, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Education, Public Health or related area of study required.
Employment Standards
R2R Program Trainer
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading live demonstrations and explaining technical content.
• Knowledge of how to structure content for clarity, flow, and engagement, even if not the primary designer.
• Familiarity with water mitigation practices, equipment types, and drying science.
• Knowledge of how drying and response procedures vary across sectors (e.g., higher education, healthcare, commercial properties).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM training/tracking systems.
• Ability to lead both small and large group training sessions with clarity, confidence, and adaptability.
• Ability to manage training logistics, timelines and schedules.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally/nationally for training events.
Senior R2R Program Trainer
• Expert-level understanding of the R2R Curriculum: Deep knowledge of drying science, restoration processes and how to apply them in real-world training situations.
• In-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adulting learning theory, and curriculum lifecycle management is a plus.
• Skilled in building or enhancing modules, incorporating feedback, and aligning materials with program objectives and customer needs.
• Skilled in evaluating training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance data.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, virtual presentation platforms, and logistics/CRM training tools.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of how R2R solutions are implemented across verticals such as education, healthcare, commercial real estate, and business organizations.
• Abilityto mentor new trainers, providing professional development, technical direction, and feedback.
• Ability to navigate tensions or misunderstandings with professionalism - whether in a customer setting, peer environment or a training room.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally/nationally.
Hiring Range $80.2K -$97K per year

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
