GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Measures chemicals and raw materials to specific requirements per batch instructions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Properly weighs chemicals and raw materials as specified on the batch card.
Accurately and efficiently maintains chemicals and raw materials.
Work with production schedule to maintain efficient use of blenders, meet production expectations, fill customer orders, and meet shipping requirements.
Advise the supervisor of problems or low stock levels of raw materials.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Report loss of production and spills to the supervisor.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system
Ensure compliance with the QMS, EHS, IMS, and other company policies.
Provide support to the Safety Committee.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training.
Forklift training preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with an electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment.
Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists the team with keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.

As assigned by the EH&S Corporate Manager, will work with all Arnette Polymer personnel in a supportive role that aides in the complete execution of written plans, procedures and goals assigned by management. Be able to conduct laboratory testing for the routine daily tests of products (simple titrations, Brookfield viscosity, Karl Fisher % moisture, & color as well as develop basic skills to operate gas chromatography); Comprehension of the following manufacturing techniques: vacuum distillation, atmospheric controls, chemical addition, filtration methods, control of exothermic reactions, and adjustment of rates of addition within the operating requirements of the equipment being used.

Work with the Shipping Manger to ensure DOT compliance with labels, packaging requirements and closure instructions.
Be lead on the proper verification of Safe Work Practices permitting preparation, usage, and completion for LO/TO, Confined Space, Pipe Opening, Hot Work, and MOC's. Additional duties may be added or removed as management requires
