Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrician:
Carry out electrical installation and wiring projects across the manufacturing site.
Conduct reactive and planned maintenance on plant and machinery.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Maintain and troubleshoot panels and control systems.
Support facilities maintenance activities as required.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out effective repairs.
Working Hours of the Maintenance Electrician:
Week 1- Mon- Thur:06:00-14:00, Fri 06:00-11:30
Week 2- Mon- Thur:14:00-22:00, Fri 11:30-17:30

A recognised Electrical Maintenance Apprenticeship, City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.

General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)

* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

We are currently seeking a PRINCIPAL / SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER to join our client based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm of consulting engineers who offer the right candidates interesting projects to work on and good prospects for promotion.
You will be able to work on an interesting range of projects which will include buildings for schools, offices, residential, industrial, hospitals, waste handling and recycling plants and some decarbonisation projects.
You will be responsible for doing structural engineering design and ensuring compliance with industry standards and current UK regulations.
You will oversee the production of technical drawings, calculations and specifications and you will collaborate with multi-discipline teams to develop integrated design solutions.
You will also need experience to mentor less experienced engineers.
