JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Handles all technical inquiries from field personnel, Sales, CMG, and IMG Investigate field issues to ensure cause is understood and repair method is sound.
Manages QA-22 system for the region, determining issue and cause.
Analyzes QA-22 data for trends and implements necessary changes or additional training as needed.
Coordinates sample taking and lab testing. Provides onsite training on new products, new techniques, etc.
for all field personnel as required Responsible for quote/order review to ensure proper products, coverage, labor, and details are accounted for to ensure a quality installation Works specifically with new TM's and all field personnel to ensure they become technically competent with regard to site evaluation, quoting, detail handling, jobsite role and quality audits. Conducts quarterly technical updates with regional field personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position requires wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): approx.
$5,000 - $15,000
Supplemental Pay Types: Uncapped Commission Pay, Bonus Pay, car allowance, expenses

Own the sales cycle end-to-end – from initial enquiry, consultation, quoting and closing the deal on projects potentially worth hundreds of thousands of pounds,
Generate additional leads through outbound activity including canvassing and cold outreach during quieter periods.
Collaborate with estimating, sales, customer service and project delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform pricing and sales strategies.
Keep detailed records of pipeline activity and take ownership of individual revenue targets.
The Ideal Person for the Project Sales Manager:
Previous experience in a bathroom or related interiors sales position.

Well-established construction engineering business is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
You'll be joining at a critical time where they are expanding their technical team with an ambitious growth plan with multiple acquisitions planned over the coming years.
The Information Security Manager will be a crucial component in ensuring the effective management of both the technical cyber security environment and wider information security management piece for the business.
This role is responsible for ensuring robust cyber security controls with a strong emphasis on ISO 27001 readiness.
You'll liaise with assessors and internal teams, drive ISO-related strategies and use prior experience to ensure certification plans stay on track.
Working with external teams to align processes, you'll also oversee InfoSec/Cyber services, conduct risk assessments and recommend security improvements.
Responsibilities:
Ownership and maintenance of all security related policies and procedures, implementing Security by Design and driving a culture of cyber security awareness in the business
Liaise with external ISO27001 assessors and internal teams to ensure smooth assessments
Actively contribute to ISO processes, strategies and problem-solving
Use prior ISO experience to support certification readiness
Working closely with stakeholders across the business in relation to Information Security Strategy and the creation, delivery and maintenance of a robust Cyber Security roadmap
Handle varied and complex security challenges, from system reviews to high-level risk assessments
Work closely with third-party suppliers in relation to audits, forensic analysis and pen testing
Requirements:
Experience with ISO 27001 is essential
Strong background in cyber security management
Proven experience in identifying and mitigating security risks#
Ability to make actionable recommendations for security improvements
Experience with GDPR and data protection, together with knowledge of IS standards
Security assessment frameworks (threat modelling, controls assessment, risk assessment)
Relevant qualifications; CISSP, CISM or similar would be beneficial.
