An excellent opportunity for a senior BMS / Controls professional to step into a lead role with a rapidly growing, market-leading contractor delivering mission-critical projects across Europe.
This role is suited to someone who has operated at the interface between main contractor, client, MEP teams, and BMS vendors, and is comfortable owning the BMS strategy, delivery, and commissioning across complex, high-value projects.
You'll be joining a business with a strong pipeline of data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, and high-tech builds across Germany, the UK, and the EU.
The position offers long-term security, exposure to flagship projects, and clear progression into regional / EMEA leadership.
This is a site-led, delivery-focused role - not a desk-based controls position.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel and stay away as projects require.
The Role will include:
Taking full ownership of the BMS / Controls / EPMS package from design through construction, commissioning, and handover
Acting as the technical authority for BMS across one or multiple projects
Managing and coordinating BMS subcontractors, system integrators, and vendors
Reviewing BMS and M&E design information to ensure buildability, compliance, and programme alignment
Leading technical discussions with consultants, client teams, and internal delivery teams
Managing RFIs, design queries, change control, and technical risk
Ensuring full integration of BMS with M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, life safety, EPMS, etc.)
Overseeing QA/QC, inspections, snagging, and documentation
Supporting and leading commissioning, IST, and final client handover
Providing guidance and leadership to site teams and junior package managers
As a BMS Lead, You will Have:
Strong BMS / Controls background with proven site delivery experience
Experience working on data centres, pharma, industrial, or other mission-critical projects

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, Etc) Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents.
Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance to contract specifications, job shut-down, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job.
Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory.

Chemical Plant, located in Corsicana Texas, is seeking a motivated, team-oriented Engineering Intern to provide project and technical support for our Corsicana site Chemical Plant Operations.
This nine (9) week Summer 2026 Internship is an on-site, full-time position starting June 1, 2026, thru August 7, 2026.
This nine (9) week Summer 2026 Internship is an on-site, full-time position intended for college students in a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree program.
You will be provided with training and mentorship for a variety of aspects within our plant and will have the opportunity to work on high-value projects.
This internship will help you to identify areas of high interest as they relate to our industry.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in either a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering discipline at a 4-year accredited University.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic engineering principles.
MS Office proficiency, including advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
Strong organizational, verbal, written, technical communication and presentation skills.
U.S.
Citizenship or U.S.
Permanent Resident status required.
Must be able to locate within the Corsicana Texas area for internship.
Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for applicants in this position is $25.00 per hour.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Supervisor supervises staff involved in the daily manufacturing and shipment of chemicals to meet production and order schedules and quality requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Production Coordinators in the planning and scheduling of orders for production to maximize use of workforce and equipment and ensure delivery schedules are met.
Coordinates shift production activities to ensure that processes are operating as designed and producing chemicals according to specifications.
Supervises hourly employees engaged in chemical production and shipment of finished products.
Coordinates shipping activities with other groups and production shifts to maximize efficiency.
Ensure that outgoing products are tested and shipped according to specifications and regulations.
Responsible for ensuring that processing equipment is in good operating condition.
Recommends equipment upgrading, replacement or addition, when necessary.
Responsible for the recognition and prevention of production non-conformances and implementation of corrective action.
Works with quality assurance, engineering, and maintenance on Process Control Planning teams to achieve capability and control goals.
Responsible for keeping the work area safe and orderly.
Ensure that supporting staff maintains and follows safety and manufacturing procedures to comply with site and governmental policies and regulations.
Responsible for the proper operation of the plant water treatment units and the operation of the plant utilities.
Trains and motivates supporting staff.
Conducts performance appraisals and recommends wage adjustments.
Initiates and administers commendations and disciplinary action as required.
Prepares and maintains accurate reports, as required, and Provides management with appropriate information.
Responsible for the accurate recording of raw material and resource usage and increases in finished product inventory.
Supports and is committed to Tremco's Quality Improvement Process.
Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by "doing it right the first time" and conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties.
Participates as a member of various quality teams and assists in the development and implementation of action plans as required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMET: Associate's degreeor equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Supervisory experience in prior manufacturing role preferred.
Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to direct workers.
Usually requires an individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and 24 hour hazwoper.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QULIAITIFCATIONS:
Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree.
Good Attendance record.
Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years.
Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation.
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, wear respirator in confined spaces and lift up to 20 lbs.
