Pharmacy Retail Stock Counter
Salary: £12.89 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 per hour + £1.39 holiday pay)

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.
In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.
Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.
Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
Colleagues will be offered a benefit called Wagestream, which enables colleagues to track, save and access up to 50% of their wages prior to pay day.

Applicants are expected to:
Be able to work Monday-Friday day shifts

Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock, therefore you will be bending and stretching to reach stock throughout your shift and at times may possibly be outdoors.

This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.

They are currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their small and friendly team, who will have an electrical bias and perform maintenance on CNC machines.
The Role - Maintenance Engineer
- Maintaining equipment to produce high-quality components across a diverse range
of products
- Fault finding, repairing and replacing machine components, with a root cause
analysis and correction mindset
- Contribute to continuous improvement and projects
- Develop a TPM/PPM schedule for all equipment
- Ensure safe working practices are adhered to throughout all activities in line with
company safety standards and procedures
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Maintenance Engineer
- A completed apprenticeship in maintenance, electrical engineering or other relevant
qualifications with NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Ability to maintain CNC machinery or automation machinery
- Multi-skilled Engineer with a knowledge of hydraulics or pneumatics
- Strong background in PPM systems and a proven ability to implement them

· Onboarding Administration: Manage all administrative processes associated with onboarding new employees, including preparing contracts of employment, updating databases, sending offer letters, and reviewing recruitment submissions.
· Employment Checks: Conduct and verify employment checks such as reference checks, right-to-work documentation, medical checks, qualifications, and DBS checks where applicable.
· Payroll Administration: Prepare and log payroll instructions for the monthly payroll run, including recording new starters, leavers, salary changes, and other relevant employee data.
Ensure all payroll data is saved in the appropriate folders.
· Database Management: Maintain and update the HR database to reflect current employee details accurately.
Ensure all personal information changes are updated promptly across all relevant systems.
