We have Team Manager opportunities where you will be working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews and Store Support Projects.
You will be able to work at a fast pace, making quick decisions leading teams merchandising stock to an excellent standard.
The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday.
You will be leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers carrying out tasks required by the client.
Communicate with Management on progress and end of project sign off.
Carry out health and safety inductions and checks.
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights).
Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
You will be required to carry out the following:
Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems.
Adjusting shelf heights.
Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with use of roll cages and pallet trucks.
Stock replenishment.
Travelling will be involved when local work is not available.
Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
Desirable Qualities:
Excellent communication skills.
Able to make decisions and prioritise.
Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision or managing people.
Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
Problem solving and a ‘can do' attitude.
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.

Scope of the Role:The Lighting Technician will be responsible for maintaining, preparing, installing, operating, and de-rigging production equipment for a variety of events.
This includes specifying and preparing equipment, supervising on-site staff, and serving as a client/venue liaison when required.The role involves safely and efficiently delivering the lighting requirements for events, ensuring all aspects of production are planned and executed correctly.
The Lighting Technician will work independently, as part of a team, or lead others to ensure the job is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and execute technical plans and instructions provided by senior team members.
Rig, set up, focus, and de-rig lighting and related equipment within specified time frames.
Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and build schedules.
Demonstrate competent rigging without supervision.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults.
Program and operate lighting consoles as required.
Serve as the on-site "responsible person" when needed.
