You'll be managing a caseload of Foster Carers across the West Midlands.
About you
The successful candidate will have experience of working within Fostering Social Work post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.
You will be managing a small caseload of Foster Carers and will be looking to assess and recruit Foster Carers to help grow the region.

About the Team
This team takes responsibility for the assessment and support of children and young people up to the age of 18 who have a disability and are likely to have lifelong support needs.

They ensure they have access to appropriate services to meet their complex needs, including managing care plans, advocating for their needs, and providing emotional support to both the child and family unit.
