About the team

The team completes detailed, evidence-based reports to inform decision-making, ensuring all work is in line with relevant legislation, policies, and court requirements.
The team also work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to assess risk, identify strengths, and promote the safety, stability, and overall well-being of children.
About you
It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three year's experience within Children's Social Work.
Having a good understanding and knowledge of family assessments and family court experience is key for this position.
A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is required to qualify for this role.

When it comes to meals the support team will do the cooking for safety purposes, but our customer enjoys helping in the preparation of meals, it is also important we upkeep her living environment.
Whilst this is an established team, our customers' needs will be changing as her support is ongoing, therefore we need people who can easily adapt to anything that may arise.
Due to the specialism of this role the successful candidate must be prepared to work within other areas of the business in and around Swindon should the need arise.
