Our client is a leading residential and commercial specialist in Dry Lining.They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role will be based in their NW London office Monday - Friday.
The Role
Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies
Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
Completing VAT returns
Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Accountant of errors
Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
Preparing employee wages
Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts.
About You
You must have previous experience as a Financial Controller/Bookkeeper
A degree or qualification in Finance is beneficial but not essential.
Previous experience within the Construction industry - advantageous
Car driver - beneficial
Strong IT and communication skills

Summary -
To assess and manage the risk posed by offenders to protect victims of crime and the general public by:
Providing information and advice to criminal courts, other criminal justice agencies and partner organisations
Supervising offenders subject to community orders and licenses and during custodial sentences
Contributing to the management of risk.
Working with other agencies and groups to prevent crime and meet the needs of victims and offenders
Responsibilities, Activities & Duties
Provide professional advice and assessments to courts, the Parole Board, and criminal justice agencies.
Manage offenders at all risk levels, including high-risk cases.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within designated timelines.
Collaborate with internal and external partners (courts, victim support, prisons, etc.) to optimise outcomes and manage risk.
Participate in professional forums and provide guidance to colleagues and support staff.
Conduct prison, home, and community visits as needed.
Respond to risk escalations and develop risk management plans.
Deliver or co-lead accredited interventions for offenders.

About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst for Reporting and Data Visualization to play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights within our IT Asset Management team.
If you're skilled in crafting compelling dashboards and reports using top visualization tools and have a knack for using data to drive decisions, we'd love to meet you! This role is essential to delivering high-quality insights and process improvements that enhance our IT asset tracking, forecasting, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support IT asset management initiatives and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Use data from various sources to generate meaningful insights, track KPIs, and develop performance metrics.
Utilize scripting languages like Python or R to enhance data manipulation, automation, and streamline reporting workflows.
Maintain best practices in data visualization to ensure information is easily digestible, actionable, and visually appealing.
Support data governance efforts by ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in data reporting and visualization, specifically within IT asset management or a related field.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or QlikView Certification in one or more of these tools is a plus.
Experience with scripting languages like Python or R to facilitate data processing, automation, and custom analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of IT asset management software and methodologies.
Experience working with large datasets and a strong understanding of data warehousing principles.
Familiarity with SQL for advanced querying and data manipulation.

My client is a small family-run agricultural business who are known in the commercial growing industry.
They are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Fitter to maintain and service their machines and keep the factory, workshop and packing room running smoothly.
The Role - Maintenance Fitter
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment
such as tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, and conveyors
- Perform scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and
prolong the lifespan of the equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs
- Troubleshoot issues with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and replace
defective parts as necessary
- Ensure that machinery is used correctly and safely by all operators
- Fabricate or modify parts and equipment using welding, cutting, and machining
tools
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts
used
- Follow and develop TPM/PPM schedules for all equipment
- Work closely with farm managers and other staff to coordinate maintenance
activities and minimise downtime
- Daily meetings to align on the duties for the day ahead
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Maintenance Fitter
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Fitter with a mechanical bias
- Has previous hands-on experience with chains, bearings and conveyors
- Experienced in repairing, servicing or maintaining agricultural/plant/manufacturing or
industrial machinery
- Experience as an Agricultural Engineer would be advantageous
- Strong background in PPM schedules and developing them
- Qualifications within maintenance and engineering is desirable
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
