$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance and training to workshop staff.
Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and production, to meet client specifications and deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automotive components and systems.
Ensure that all parts are produced to the highest technical specifications and within industry standards.
Manage inventory and order parts required for production.
Strong technical proficiency and the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and engineering issues.
Hands-on experience working with automotive systems and components is essential.
Background in automotive repair, HGV technician, Master Technician or mechanics will be an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong understanding of workshop processes, safety standards, and quality control.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with workshop management software and inventory systems is a plus.
Experience in managing or supervising a workshop team.

Utilize WMS to manage warehouse operations and analyze performance data.
Responds to inquiries regarding shipment status.
Serves as a liaison between Customer Service, Warehouse and Production departments to ensure product availability and priorities.
Cost
Prepare, manage and maintain distribution center budget through reduction of non-value-added activities and increasing efficiencies of current processes.
Manage department budget daily, determining spending priorities with VP of Operations and insuring goals and objectives are being met.
Evaluate current spending to determine areas to reduce costs, streamline expenses to maximize value to operation and still maintain customer service.
Utilize the MS 168 process to provide process improvements and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
7 to 10 years of experience in the relevant field
Working knowledge of RF warehouse management system
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel software applications
Strong leadership and management skills and experience
Excellent communication skills
Inventory Control and warehouse management systems experience
Must be bilingual in Spanish.

The Role
As a Trademark Formalities Deputy Supervisor, you will support both the Trademark Records Team and Renewals Team and while the primary focus is on Trademarks, you will also be exposed to some Design work too.
You will also act as a deputy across both teams, providing cover and support for supervisors during periods of annual or unexpected leave.
This is a crucial role within the business, ensuring continuity and seamless client service across two critical formalities functions.

Key Responsibilities:
, Process Trademark renewal instructions and payments covering all jurisdictions
, Monitor deadlines and proactively manage upcoming renewals
, Respond to Trademark renewals-related queries from clients, IP offices, agents and internal
colleagues
, Conduct portfolio reviews/updates in response to client requests, reviews of online registers and other sources such as third-party renewals service providers
, Create Trademarks & Design related case in Inprotech for all jurisdictions
, Process incoming correspondence from IPOs, foreign agents, clients and update Inprotech to reflect new deadlines, status changes, and name records etc
, Support attorneys to manage their due date deadlines
, Act as first point of contact in the absence of either team's supervisor
, Support supervisors with escalations, workflow coordination, and quality checks
, Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new or junior team members
, Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and ready to make an impact.
You will have:
, At least 5 years' experience working within Trademark Formalities
, CITMA qualification
, Experience of IP Management systems, ideally Inprotech
, Strong understanding of the various stages/deadlines of the Trademark jurisdictions
