GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position will provide administrative support to the WTI Prevailing Wage team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the submission of the State of New Jersey Department of Labor Monthly Project Workforce reporting forms
Ensures proper filing of New Jersey projects and record keeping
Requesting New Jersey project identification numbers
Perform general administrative duties and other duties as assigned by the manager
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent written, oral and digital communication skills
Able to effectively communicate with government office personnel at all levels
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Computer literacy - including Microsoft 365 basic office tools
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $25.
